Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A special mention to Anna, our waitress, who was so friendly and gave us brilliant recommendations—she really made our experience extra special. The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff was always helpful (special thanks to Mario). It’s a short walk from Fira (away from the crowds but close enough to walk to) parking is free and it’s right across from the street. We enjoyed the pools. Breakfast was good but it can get crowded. the lunch menu was good and well-priced for a hotel.

Lovely tranquil oasis, away from the crowded town centre. Beautiful, clean rooms and pool areas. Ideal for couples looking for a quieter retreat, not so much families with kids.

We loved everything! The room was very spacious, comfortable, and beautiful for watching the sunrise and sunset. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped my partner plan some surprises for my birthday, and I was able to book a very relaxing last-minute massage. The food was delicious, and it was really convenient to be able to stay by the pool on the last day after checkout and take a quick shower in one of the showers available. We would definitely return.
