Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaWe stayed for nine nights and were blown away by the genuine hospitality that Greece is so well known for. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warmest, friendliest team and cared for from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast each morning was a delight, beautifully presented and authentically Greek, enjoyed in our lovely outdoor area. Lunch and dinner could be ordered whenever we wished, and every meal was exceptional, from the freshest Greek salads to moussaka and perfectly seasoned stuffed vegetables. The local wines were excellent, well-priced, and the perfect pairing with the food. The property is immaculate and wonderfully tranquil, surrounded by olive and orange trees. The infinity pool was bliss, peaceful, relaxing, and framed by stunning views. The established gardens, stone walls, and thoughtful landscaping created a truly unique and picturesque setting. A perfect stay in every way, and the most beautiful start to our holiday, we can’t wait to come back!

United KingdomMy only suggestions would be: 1. Have the air-conditioning already on when guests arrive - makes a big difference after a long drive. 2. Simplify the room furnishings. There was a lot of furniture we didn't use, which if it wasn't there would have given us more space for our suitcases etc. 3. Have both pools open. We didn't use the pool because it was a little too crowded at the times we wanted to use it - which is a shame because it was one of the reasons we chose this property. Having both pools opened would have halved the number of guests at each pool.
An exceptional property - just 15 minutes by car from downtown Nafplio, you're immersed in the tranquility of an authentic Peloponnese fruit farm - complete with original features, modern conveniences, an abundance of rural charm and the aromas of fresh baking, rosemary cascading down the walls, and lavender and other herbs bordering the pathway to your room. Features such as the infinity pool have been thoughtfully designed to work with the landscape in a way that's worthy of a gold medal at the Chelsea Flower Show. Olive and citrus trees dominate the landscape, providing cool shade and privacy, and a feeling of rural tranquility and being close to nature. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and all home-made. I highly recommend the Kayanas (Greek scrambled eggs), the best I've had anywhere in Greece. Delicious coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice as well. Fresh fruit, home made preserved, home-baked cakes and pies etc. - all served at the time of your choosing, right outside your room. In-room guest information was also very helpful, and the taxi company recommended was excellent. WiFi worked well, as did all other amenities.

United StatesOpora is an oasis of our visit in Nafplio ! It's situated in a well kept olive farm. The staffs were the highlight of our stay. They welcomed us fr the minute we arrived and treated us like a family member came back home. The food were excellent! It was relaxing to have dinner served in our room or in the courtyard. Our favorite was the burrata salad, the moussaka and the ragu pasta. The room was small, but cozy with beautiful view, and the bed was so comfy.

United StatesThere was nothing not to love! Remember to switch on the water heater for a shower. My only suggestion would be to replace the large leather sling chair which is impossible to get out of with something smaller and upright because the existing chair takes up too much space.
Loved everything! It’s a beautiful property on a farm with gorgeous views. It was so relaxing and the staff was very helpful went out of their way to be accommodating. It was so nice to be close to Nafplio and several ancient sites yet out of the touristy area. We loved eating breakfast right outside our room on the ground floor room near the deli! The bees buzzing and birds singing was delightful! The road in to the property is a dirt road. Make sure you follow their instructions on where to turn off the main road. Don’t follow Google directions!

BelgiumWe were unlucky to have someone who snored incredibly loud in the room below ours. It kept us up during the last 2 nights. But that is not the property’s fault. Breakfast times could start earlier as there are a lot of nice things to do in the area that are best done in the morning.
2 pools were equally appealing. Nicely decorated rooms. Friendly host who welcomed us.

MexicoApparently we were contacted before arrival about our arrival time but never received any call / outreach the day of arrival. When arriving we had to call as nobody was awaiting us. We had registered our toddler when booking the room, received later an answer that a crib wasn’t possible which wasn’t an issue for us, but when arriving were told they didn’t think we’d bring the child and that they were very concerned because of the wooden floors of the upper room and the noice the child would make. There wasn’t prior any explicit information our child wouldn’t be allowed, all a bit strange… in the end all worked out great.
Incredible location, among olive trees, very calm, beautiful pool and installations, very detailed decoration, just beautiful!
