Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe food can become boring if staying for longer than two or so days! The all inclusive drinks package seemed semi wasted to us as there seemed to be a focus on quantity & quickness of drinks being served as opposed to quality. Whilst we understand that servers/bartenders need to cater for many customers at one time we would have rather they slowed down & made fewer cocktails that were well crafted.
I loved the private beach as well as the pool options! The room & hotel more broadly were clean & comfortable. Loved the activities they had available for the kids.

IsraelLacking facilities for little kids to play, more play rooms with more toys, games, etc. There is a playstation room but not fit for a 4 year old kid.
Everything was good value for the money, great food, great pools, all inclusive plan is worth it especially with kids.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaThe beds were a bit soft for my taste but it didn't matter to me at all.
We booked 2 rooms, one for us and the kids and one for the grandparents. They managed to put us on the same floor but not too close since the hotel was booked (I asked in advance and they said they don't save the rooms ahead of time). But that wasn't really an issue. The pool area was great, there were a lot of options for activities for the kids. Everyone in the pool brought their beach balls and other games and allowed a very calm and enjoyable stay in the pool. There were no restrictions or friction. The staff even broight out a water volleyball net for the pool for anyone to join and it was so fun. The rooms are clean and there was enough space for the four of us. We had the sea view and it was amazing! Every night and morning we went out for the view. You can see the sunset perfectly over the water. The breakfast is great, with lots of choices. We also ate in Aquamarine in the outside space overlooking the pool a few times. It was also great. The staff in the dining room and especially on the reception is very nice and helpful. And to top it all off we played mini golf in the evening before our checkout, and it was a great finale. So fun. We missed the game room and the escape room just because we didn't have enough time. We will definitely come back for them. Great hotel, great rooms, food, and activities!

The room was very comfortable, the amenities were great and I particularly liked the adults - only restaurant for breakfast on the top floor with the excellent options.

United KingdomAs we'd arrived around 1 and was told check in was 3pm, I was surprised and disappointed to then be told at 3pm, your room is not ready, 15 minutes, then another 15. We'd had to start our day very early to organise for the cancelled ferry so we asked them to expedite the room please. They were very nice and polite but perhaps if 3pm is difficult to manage, put 4pm and then if earlier, it will be better than expected. As with all big hotels, you have lots of facilities but you are just a number, not a person. Very busy road outside, but could not hear it in the night. if a sea view, likely you will
we arrived earlier than planned due to our original ferry being cancelled. All good, information provided by the receptionist was helpful but not 100% correct about the restaurants available. Nice pool area. Room was large, modern and clean when we eventually got in it. Breakfast choices very good and despite the numbers, very well organised

IsraelSince we are a family (couple + 3 kids) and we wanted the children to be in a separate room, we booked two rooms of the same type, and yet the rooms we received were very far apart despite our specific request for adjacent rooms - a request made several months in advance. Also, the hotel declined to supply us with more than one keycard for each room, which made things needlessly complicated and inconvenient for us in various cases. The pool hours are quite limited, it would be nice if it were open earlier in the morning and later in the evening. Finally, while breakfast included a wide variety of juices, coffee and water as part of the meal, dinner offered drinks as a mandatory, paid option only; we couldn't even get a drink of water without having to pay extra for it which came as an unpleasant surprise.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, clean, well maintained and with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent with an enormous variety of dishes; everything is marked with a detailed list of ingredients so anyone with a dietary restriction can easily choose what's good for them. We also enjoyed the on-site attractions (at additional but fair cost) such as the mini-golf course, the game room and the escape room.

IsraelCoffee machine was awful. Didn't like any option like espresso or latte. Lights in room and bathroom could be better. I expected the room to be a bit bigger. Bed was two seperate beds even though I ordered one full bed for a couple. Staff immediately brought a big full mattress though.
The staff were professional and were always ready to help and respond very quickly every time I had a question or an issue. Food in breakfast lunch and supper was great. Every day there were new delicious meals. Billiard was fun. Spa was amazing. Designed with modern luxus interior. Professional staff. A bit expensive but worth it. I expected the hotel to be bigger with more entertainment facilities like bowling...the lounge bar and first floor terrace were fun to relax with a cold drink esp. With the sea breeze.

SwedenBut the hotel is a bit too old and doesn't cost it's money. It should be cheaper because of it. During our staty we had experienced broken shower, then air conditioner leaked to the floor. As well we saw spots like 10-20 centimeters of black mold on the wallpapers near the air conditioner. But everything was fixed immediately. For it's current price we would expect it to be fixed in advance.
Service and stuff are cool there.
