The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to explore the area. It is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor terraces are absolutely stunning and perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset. It was very clean. The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting. The hotel is located on a beautiful street.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The person at the reception contacts you via WhatsApp, and if you have a late check-in, they will help you with everything and even send you a video explaining how to find the hotel and where your room is located. Everything recommended by the reception is up to you to choose, but I highly suggest checking out the local restaurants — especially Pelican Kipos, which was absolutely outstanding. The person who takes care of the rooms every day is a true professional — everything was spotless and perfectly tidy throughout our stay. Keep in mind that all buses go through Fira, and the hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the bus station. It’s in a quiet yet very convenient location: only about 5 minutes to the center and 3 minutes to the mini-markets. In short, I highly recommend this place!

Location very close to the centre of Fira, the central bus stop and the caldera, very clean facilities, super efficient air conditioning and extremely friendly receptionist (Alkyoni) who gave us excellent restaurant tips and made both our arrival and departure extremely easy. Thank you so much.

THE ONLY minor thing is we prefer a fan to A/C so we didn’t sleep as well because it was hot at night. But this is not a criticism to olive tree as I am sure Alkyoni would have given us a fan if we requested it.

The environment is good, cost-effective, and the location is particularly good. There is a supermarket in 1 minute's walk, the bus terminal in 5 minutes, and the main street of Fira is next to it. You can store your luggage at the reception until you can check in.

Superb location. Only minutes in foot to the caldera, and the main shops in Fira. Bus stop super close to get to Oia and other sights. Property itself, gorgeous, clean and beautiful. Comfortable beds and great hot showers. Host is super friendly and helpful with tips and recommendations. The building has a central courtyard and 2 levels of rooftop for relaxation and enjoying the view. We will return to here on our next visit. Thank you Alkyoni.

The property was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, allowing us to move throughout Fira on foot with ease, and close enough to the bus where we could explore the rest of the island. My family and I were extremely comfortable and happy here. Alkyoni was extremely kind, helpful, and generous which helped make our first trip to Greece an incredible experience.

No Caldera view or swimming pool. I'd recommend the travelers to get these two if you are only going to visit Santorini once in lifetime.

Excellent location. Very good access to night life, restaurants, tours and Bus station. The host lady was very soft-spoken, had good information to share with us and very courteous. Provided good explanation and suggestions. She even helped with the baggage!

Great location, close to the bus stand and main square with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store close by. Short walk to 3 bells of Fira. Alkyoni at reception had lots of helpful information, was very kind, prompt with communication, and very accommodating. No problem to store luggage before check in. Car transportation was well arranged for us with no problems. Appreciated the complimentary juice and water. Room was nice and clean, a bit smaller than I expected and the hot water took some time to start. Other than that, everything was wonderful, would recommend!
