Dear Jean, Thank you for selecting us for your summer holidays. I was taken aback by your final rate (2) as, at your departure, you mentioned that everything was perfect and that you would return with the first chance you got. I was also surprised by the inaccurate information presented in your review, regarding the size of the bed. At your arrival you were informed that you were going to be upgrated, without extra charge, to a Deluxe Suite (No.119) which is 38 square metres. The length and the width of the King Size bed,is 1.80 * 2.00. In our hotel, no bed is less than Queen Size 1.60 * 2.00, as our smallest room is 20 square metres and it is stated in all the platforms (Booking,Expedia,Website) you select it from. In addition to that, the complaint was never mentioned at the reception, but even if it was, you would never be ignored. You only came to us for help with the safebox. As the owner of the hotel, I would like to assure you that we try to be close with our guests, so that whatever comes up,we find the solution and we deal with it together. In case you confused our hotel with another you stayed at, during your holidays, we would really appreciate it, if you could inform us, at your earliest convenience. Respectfully, Alevra Maria
