This year, we spent a wonderful holiday in a house that truly left a lasting impression on us. Its architecture was outstanding – carefully designed with style and attention to detail, making the space not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and cozy. One of the things that made us feel completely at home was the lady in charge of cleaning. She was incredibly dedicated and meticulous, doing her job to absolute perfection. Every time we returned after a day at the beach, we walked into a spotless, fresh, and peaceful environment. The house was in a perfect strategic location, ideal for exploring the many nearby beaches – we were always just a short drive away from the sea. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and even more – from a fully equipped kitchen to spacious areas perfect for relaxing or spending time with family. The hosts were exceptionally kind and always ready to help, welcoming us with warmth and genuine hospitality. This experience left us with beautiful memories, and we’re already looking forward to returning. A place we wholeheartedly recommend!

The location was perfect – close to the sea and just a short walk from the town center. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Syvota. I look forward to coming back in the future!

We liked everything.

The cleanliness, very comfortable, great position near the beaches and the city center. Also the hosts were wonderful and very welcoming.The room was cleaned everyday and the sheets and towels were changed every two days, which means they were always clean.

Nothing. Everything was good.

What did we like? We loved Oikies H.L. Complex. It was specious, very comfortable, we had everything we needed ( coffee machine to mosquito repellant) and very clean. Thank you Mr Kosta and Mrs Stella for everything. Hope to see you again.

There is nothing I could complain about regarding the property, completely satisfied. My complaint is with the tavernas, namely their lack of Vegan options, and their inability to create meals that are suitable for vegans.

The location was perfect, no sea views but quiet and peaceful, and within easy walk to all tavernas, shops and the port.

We loved everything about our stay. We were here over Christmas so we just wanted somewhere quiet with great facilities and we got exactly that. It was super private and in a lovely quiet area with 5 minutes walk of the village (and large supermarket), everything about the apartment was comfortable, clean and homely. But what made out stay really special was the host, who went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful time over the holidays while away from our families. He dropped round little treats several times and checked in by message often to make sure there was nothing we needed. And to top it all off he even offered us an extra night free of charge since it was the holidays and super quiet. He will never know how much that was needed and appreciated by us at that time, and we couldn't have felt more valued and looked after as guests here. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality.

Actually everything: the complex is very beautiful, the apartment well designed and nicely furnished, everything very comfy and highly functional. The host is so kind and helpful. I have no doubts where I will stay next time in sivota
