There are, however, a couple of minor things that could be improved: the air conditioning on the upper floor (in the attic-style apartment) blows directly onto the bed, and it would be helpful to have some kind of system to redirect the airflow. Also, the Wi-Fi speed could be better. Despite these small issues, we truly enjoyed our time here and are very grateful for the hospitality and comfort offered. Thank you, Katerina, for making our stay so pleasant!

We had a wonderful stay in Thasos at Villa Oikies Doreta, and we felt especially welcomed thanks to our amazing host, Katerina. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and pays exceptional attention to details—especially when it comes to cleanliness, regularly changing the sheets and towels. She even helped us when we had a medical issue with our 3-year-old son, which we appreciated more than words can say. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and its location is excellent—just a short walk from the beach and nearby taverna and stores.

Katerina is a super helpful and nice person as apartment owner. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and cleaned every day. Beds were comfortable. No connection problem with wifi. You can park your car in a private parking place just in front of the apartment. Location is good, very close to Golden Beach and some nearby markets, restaurants. Thanks a lot Katerina for this wonderful stay and your little gift to our baby girl :)

The property , apartament ( deluxe with jacuzzi) is wonderfull, two terraces , very clean, modern furniture, equipped kitchen with all you need. Everything is exactly how it can be seen in the pictures. The owner , a lady is very nice, polite and help full all the time you need and every day. Every day new towels , bedlines , cleaning and desinfecting

Katetina is a great host. The place is amazing - stylish, cleaning every day, with all amenities for a nice vacation. It is close to taverns and a supetmarket. Last, but not least the place is located in the best area of Golden Beach, wbich is the best place in Thassos.

- Location was exactly as in description and was perfect for our expectations - Distance to beach is around 300-400m - location has 4 parking lots which helped a lot - location was very clean and host was very kind. She helped us with any request without hesitation.

The stairs are steep and slippery. It may be dangerous for kids. There may be some anti-slip tapes to solve this. Upper floor is too hot. There is AC but it is close to the bed. We didnt feel comfortable to have it work through all night, since kids were sleeping there. We managed somehow. One bathroom is not enough for 4 people but acceptable.

Katerina was excellent. She was very helpful, problem solver and always kind. The location is awesome, just 2 min walk to Golden Beach. There is a supermarket 150m away. There are very good restaurants nearby. The apartment has a modern decoration and has lots of stuff including an espresso machine and toaster. You can find some free drinks in the refrigerator. Katerina explains this as “everybody who comes here is most probably thirsty”. You can park your car anywhere on the streets but this apartment has its own parking area. The balcony is wide enough to have your breakfast. Wi-Fi works well (~8-10mbps download). The apartment is not so huge but fair enough for a family with two kids. We really loved the apartment.

Very nice and clean 2 floor apartment.It’s well equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds and two nice terraces. It’ s a five minute walk to a very nice fish restaurant and the beach.
