How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We liked everything.
We loved this hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, walking distance to wonderful restaurants, and the included breakfast was amazing.

I wish I could of stayed longer!
The room was a short walk to town, it had a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the great view. The room was themed but not overwhelming which I liked and the restaurant downstairs had tasty food and good service. I would recommend for solo travellers, couples and families.

Actually nothing really. Few improvements can be done. The rooms can use a bit of refurbishing and the beds squeak. The mattresses are not very comfortable. The bathrooms can use more lighting.
The location is perfect. Very near the centre with shops and restaurants, but far enough to have some peace and quiet. With parking just next to the hotel. The swimming pool is a bit old but fit for purpose and never too crowded. More than enough beds. The breakfast was great. Tasty and with big variety. And - the best thing - the staff was excellent, very friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to lovely Vasiliki.

The staff were so kind and helpful. Amazing service besides the location and the rooms were also great. The rooms well comfortable. The breakfast was very well taken care off with enough options. What we loved the most about this hotel was the restaurant. The food was amazing. Shame that not a lot of people eat there. Really recommend it!

A characterful place with a refreshing pool with a view of the amazing Meteora rocks. The staff are very lovely and considerate.

Rooms were done while we were having breakfast... coffee cups and coffee caps were not changed... but it was a minor thing.

The staff at the hotel was very welcoming. On a very hot summer day,we were met with a cold glass of peach jus and cold face towels to refresh.The room was clean,bed -confortable,the breakfast -nice.We would highly recommend to book your stay at Theatro Hotel Odysseon.The swimming pool and the garden were all that we needed after a long drive.

We loved our room, very comfy and clean. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to the main street of Kalampáka. While having breakfast, that is very good and with a lot of local and traditional options, you can enjoy the view of the meteora. The staff was great: they suggested some places for typical dishes and drinks that were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the pool because it was too windy, but the garden surrounding the pool was very peaceful.

Nothing. Good quality / price!
The location of the hotel was great. We walked to 5 of the monasteries from the hotel. There was a basic pool, so on our returns we could relax in the pool, which was great. The girls from the reception were nice and very helpful too.

There were two pillows provided but even the small one was way too high for me...
Everything, hospitable personnel, clean rooms, its own pool with very tidy territory around it. Every room has its theme - Very refreshing. Good breakfast. The hotels location is lerfet for vising monasteries as well as close to the towns center with shops and restaurants.

Old hotel with tired furniture and bathrooms and friendly reception. The view from balcony and swimming pool was amazing. Air conditioning working fast. Good breakfast. Easy access to parking spot for caring ur belongings. Basically u have all u need, so we been satisfied

The hotel pretends 4*. However, there is no restaurant, the private parking consists of only 4 slots. Actually, it is a very good 3*.
Very good location, very good breakfast, comfortable bed, great value for money. There is a lot of spots around the hotel to park your car.
