Amazing views , best location in Oia,! The location can’t be beaten, the property was very comfortable and has all you need and the style suited the location , and swimming pool accompanied by the view made it hard to leave , and of course the attention they gave us made the stay worthwhile. Vicky is a super host! She made sure we were always looked after . 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Noise from above once guests staying in the smaller apartment arrived. They stayed up late in the hot tub, until 3am, which is above the main downstairs bedroom and made it impossible to fall asleep. Can also hear general noise from people walking around and putting things on floor above, which can’t be helped, but perhaps rugs or something could be put down to help lessen this. Would recommend booking the entire place to avoid this spoiling your stay.

Amazing views from the pool area, great to watch the sunset from. Lovely lounge and comfortable bedrooms. Thanos was very helpful and the cleaning staff were lovely too. Great location for dinner in Ammoudi bay.

We tried to walk up to the center of Oia village center, which is about 15 min by foot. Unfortunately it is too hot to do so during the day. In the evening, however, it is a nice walk down hill from the center, with pleasant temperature.

We were picked up at the airport Thira by the host of the property Thanos and brought to the Villa directly. Thanos has been extremely helpful to prepare our arrival, several days in advance by asking our wishes and providing assist. At arrival at the Villa, he detailed sightseeing spots, recommended restaurants and cruise tour. He also arranged car rental, which is necessary to get around in the island. The Villa is located in a great place. Our terrace and private swimming poor (rather large) face sunset orientation-unique opportunity to enjoy famous Oia / Santorini Sunset. At our terrace, we have a fantastic view to the sea and island Thirassia as well as to boats and ferries crossing the bay, particularly in evening, while watching sunset! The property prepared and filled up breakfast, toast, cafe, eggs, cheese, ham, jam, as well as water!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the size of the upper room. The room were so small that I had to bend down on my knees to move around comfortably, which took away from the overall experience of the hotel. While the staff and amenities were still top-notch, the small room size significantly impacted my stay at the Oía Villa. I would recommend to check the upstairs room size before booking to be sure about your stay

I recently stayed at the Oía Villa for three days and had an incredible experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the ocean and the iconic white buildings of Santorini. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff (Thanos) at the Villa were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any questions or requests we had. The jacuzzi area was a great place to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the island. It’s a bit of a walk uphill to town, but we rented an ATV the 3rd day.

The property is absolutely stunning! You have the best view of the Oia Sunset cliff side just outside your doors. Property was clean, bed comfortable, everything you need for your stay. We stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon. We were so comfortable here. Private pool and view were to die for.

where to start… too many things… - Customer Service by local agent, rude and disrespectful. - lack of consistency and logic with covid rules. not making covid rules public before booking. Raising rude text messages with owner who took no action. - not publishing late check out fees in advance - Oia town is at least 3/4 mile up a very steep hill (if you have mobility issues you will need a car). Parking is also a real issue in the town. Fira is a much better option. - billed as luxury, my photos clearly show it’s not. - villa billed as private, sun-loungers etc can be seen from apartment upstairs - noise from people staying in apartment above. - security safe not working or checked before our arrival, no apology or offer of alternative security. - constant smell of bad drains. - curtains too small for windows Many other smaller issues, too many to mention. if like us you value your holiday time I would not recommend staying here as hotels in Oia or Fira are better value and offer a much better experience.
