Located just a 10 minute walk from Skiathos town. Mike the owner called us when we were on route to the port and confirmed he would be there to pick us up. He took us to the accommodation showed us around and sat with us and talked through the island for half an hour giving all hints and tips of things to see and do. They provided us with water and drinks for our fridge which was a lovely touch and a good bye present. The staff were excellent so kind to me and my son. The apartment was spacious, clean, but dated, as we expected. The bar was a nice touch. Supermarket 5 min walk away. Airport 10 mins walk away. This is a quiet and well located apartment on the outskirts of the town. It’s not modern but a home from home feel and it’s safe. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Only negative for us is the pool is pebble dashed rather than tiles so uncomfortable under foot

We liked everything.

Owners & staff so nice, kind & friendly. They went above & beyond to ensure we had what we needed & enjoyed our holiday. The grounds are beautiful & an easy walk to skiathos. Mike the owner gave us all the info we needed to get the most out of our holiday, along with a free drink! Staff work so hard & we couldn't have wished for more.

Nothing I do didn’t like about the property . However, I think they would benefit from doing food. Plus the kitchen could do with a few more items ie salad bowl, a cutting knife even though there was a bread knife, corkscrew and bottle opener and cooking utensils. I know not everyone cooks but some people like to make the occasional meal while on holiday.

Nice quiet location with lovely gardens. out of town but easy flat access to the shops. restaurants and bars. great spot for watching planes take off and land. basic accomodation but very clean and had everything we needed. reminds us of greek holidays 30 years ago which was lovely. Mike was great, picking us up from the airport and taking us back.

This place is perfect if you want a peaceful relaxing stay. It is comfortable with everything you need. We have stayed at several places in Skiathos town and found this location to be the best as it’s quiet and only ten minutes from town. It’s so peaceful that it was the first time I heard the crickets and cockerels which my favourite thing about Greece. We had a large apartment overlooking the pool with a very comfortable bed. Home from home! Mike picked us up from the ferry and dropped us at the airport. The staff are lovely. Thanks Mike and family for a lovely relaxing stay. Much appreciated after the storms

The cottage was lovely having beatiful garden in front. The host Mike was very helpful giving valuable information about the island, beaches, places to visit, restorants, local secrets. Skiatos island has magnificent beaches. We had great vacation there thanks fo all that..

Another great stay at OASIS. Picked up by Mike we soon settled in to another fabulously relaxing stay. Perfect location for town and a short walk to bus stop 1. Gorgeous OASIS and gorgeous Skiathos. Until the next time!!

Location is perfect as just slightly out of town area so you get the peace and quiet. George and his family are the most lovely of hosts and will do all they can to make sure you enjoy your holiday. The Oasis is a lovely place to stay and fells like a home away from home. Thank you George.

Lovely big room , great location - seemingly cleaned most days, I saw more of the cleaner than I did of the wife. Staff were brilliant so helpful - I really enjoyed it here as it’s clear the approach is so different to other places where a key is thrown at you and your left to your own devices. Mike the owner sits down with you and gives you the low down of the area and saves you stacks of time.

Some areas may need a bit of refurbishment but nothing serious. AC was a little bit weak.

Friendly family run boutique hotel. Lots of charm and very close to the centre of town.

If you want a corporate, clean line anonymous hotel this it not the place for you. If you want more of a Greek experience, to lay in a hammock under the olive trees, the air heady with the scent of jasmine. To meet friendly people who come back year after year, where the owner Mike welcomes you with open arms. Then you will love it.

The whole place was tired and needed upgrading. Water pressure poor , toilet wouldn't flush not enough pressure. Kitchen had cooker but lacked dishes and utensils. No restaurant as advertised. Snack bar only offered toasties occasionally and they didn't stock ice cream or any other snacks. Also advertised sauna which was used as a storeroom. Lacked any atmosphere. Overall needs a massive revamp.

Location was good. The grounds and gardens were lovely. Plenty of sunbeds. Owner Mike was pleasant.
