It was one of the best vacations we could ever wish for! 😍 The property is beyond amazing – absolutely perfect in every way! Everything is super organized, friendly, and wonderfully welcoming. A huge thank you to Soula and Anna for their help and outstanding hospitality! It was truly a pleasure to spend a week here. The breakfast is fantastic, and the cleaning service is top-notch. The location is very convenient – just a 5-minute walk to the center, where you can catch direct buses to Fira and Perissa (beach side). Big thanks to all of you – we are so happy we had the chance to meet you!

Our stay at Nova Luxury Suites in Santorini was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and genuine care. The location is perfect, peaceful and private, yet only a short local bus ride from the heart of Fira, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the island. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The hot tub on our terrace was a standout feature – incredibly relaxing, making it a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. One of the major highlights was the breakfast – an easy 10/10. It was beautifully presented, with a delicious variety of fresh, high-quality options delivered directly to our suite each morning. A real luxury touch that set the tone for each day. The staff at Nova were incredible – warm, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to Tina, Anna, and Sula, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The facilities manager was always on hand to help with anything we needed, and the cleaners did a fantastic job keeping our suite spotless every single day. We can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team at Nova for making our trip unforgettable!

That we aren’t staying longer. We did 7 nights but needed MOOOORE IT WAS SO GOOD

Everything was honestly 10/10 — spotless throughout and the staff were absolutely faultless. Reception, cleaners, breakfast team, the caretaker — every single person was fantastic. We had a huge suite with a private heated pool (surprisingly deep too, which we loved — perfect for a bit of cannonballing 😄). The location was ideal — only about a five-minute walk to the local square with lovely restaurants, but just far enough out that it’s peaceful and blissful, about five to ten minutes’ drive from the main centre of Fira. Best of both worlds really. The sunsets here are unreal — genuinely the best we saw the whole trip. We went to Oia, which everyone raves about for sunsets, but I promise you, the view from Nova is even better. 😍 They also did tailored breakfasts every morning — nothing was too much trouble — and even gave us a complimentary bottle of local white wine, which was delicious. Final rating: 10/10. We both absolutely LOVED it.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond.Anna and Soula were fab. Really accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. The place was exceptional, really high standard. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, yet still had a wonderful number of restaurants within easy walking distance. Traditional and really nice food.Pyrgos itself is lovely. Plus, the private pool was absolutely amazing and a joy to use. We loved it here and would highly recommend it.

Despite booking last minute due to the ferry strike, we received a very friendly welcome from the team. The apartment was perfect, as was the breakfast on our own terrace. The team offered us the use of the apartment until our return flight that evening, without us even asking.

Honestly, over our two stays, I can't really name anything I didn't like. It isn't in Fira or Oia, so it doesn't have the "classic" Santorini look you'd think of (caldera view, cliffside), but we found the location great, especially if you have access to a vehicle. Sometimes it's a bit dark when walking around the roads near Pyrgos at night, but we noticed an improvement from our stay in 2023 to the one in 2024.

We liked this hotel so much during our stay in 2023 that we returned a year later. The breakfast was amazing. It was provided to the room every morning. We were upgraded to the largest suite with private pool for the first 5 days of our weeklong stay, which was very kind of the staff. The pool was amazing, and the hot tub in the smaller suite was also great. The best part of this hotel was the kind staff. We were treated very well and got great recommendations and felt very welcomed the whole time we stayed. They arranged for decorations in our room and provided cake, flowers and wine for our anniversary which was very kind of them. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
