This place is amazing, with Mediterranean views all around. You can see the sea, the mountains, and the forest, plus some incredible sunsets. The house and yard were spotless, and everything inside felt really high quality—from the loungers to the bed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and they even had a washing machine and dishwasher with detergents included, which was super convenient. The hosts were fantastic—so warm and helpful throughout our whole stay. They helped us with everything, even booking a restaurant for us. Communication was really easy, and they made a big impression on us. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ve already recommended the place to friends so they can check it out too.

An excellent accommodation. The villa was very clean, equipped with everything we needed. As we entered it we could immediately appreciate the attention to detail (and the very nice smell :)). The semi-basement bedrooms remained nicely cool even in the hotter days. The view was stunning and the villa looked really nice inside. Peny and Evi were delightful, they genuinely cared for our comfort and made us feel valued; it was very easy to communicate with them at any time. The online support was prompt and very kind. I was really sad to leave and would definitely come again!

The villa is a bit small for 8 adults, it will be most comfortable for 6 adults and 1-2 kids, as the living room is a bit narrow.

Our stay at Evi and Peny's villas in Vourvourou was absolutely incredible, exceeding all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were met with the warmest welcome from Evi and Peny, who are truly the most wonderful hosts. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout our entire trip. The villa itself is simply breathtaking. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped, it provided the perfect sanctuary for our vacation. See you again in September.

Everything was amazing, I am totally charmed and will recommend Noce Luxury Villas to all my friends. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. You will find everything you need in the villa (even washing machine and a dishwasher), mosquito coils and anti mosquito repellent machines, 3 bathrooms, a BBQ. The swimming pool is lovely. Everything was perfect.

The location was perfect. Beautiful sea view. The hosts, Evie and Peny were very attentive to our needs. The pool was cleaned daily, warm water in the pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect location with enough space for the whole group. I highly recommend!

Our stay at Noce was excellent. Wonderful place in nature with all the amenities a family needs. The village of Vourvourou is close by car where you can find supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, taverns, etc. The nearest beach is Fava beach 1.4 km. In the area nearby there are the best beaches of Halkidiki such as Karydi beach 2.7 km, Lagonisi beach 9.5 km & Orange beach 20 km. We had from our villa an amazing panoramic view of the sea. Especially in the afternoons we enjoyed the wonderful Greek summer sunsets by the pool. Our favorite spot was the terrace outside, while the kids loved the pool. The owners Mrs. Evi & Mrs. Penny are incredibly kind, friendly and had a nice surprise for us. Also willing to help with anything we asked for were the staff Mrs. Dushi & Mr. Astrit. Thank you for the wonderful moments! We will definitely be back soon. 💎 Like Halkidiki nowhere!!!

The bedrooms on -1 level were a bit humid.

The villas are fantastic and we had a great and relaxing vacation there. Everything is brand new, very clean and well maintained. We loved the patio and pool area as we got to enjoy the beautiful nature and seaside view. Our host Evi was very kind and welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants, beach locations etc. There is a possibility to take a boat directly from the location of the villas from Mr. Dimitris and enjoy beautiful day around Vourvourou and Diasporos island. They will explain everything you need to know and where are the must visit places. Even though the villas are close to the main road it was very quiet and there was no car noise.
