Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We enjoyed our stay at the Nobile Hotel in Agios Gordios. The location is very good: within a 4-5 minute walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as advertised : newly built hotel, beautiful room with new furniture, very clean. Highly recommend if you want a comfortable stay.

We stayed at Nobile Hotel for 4 nights in Agios Gordios and had a great experience. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A great option for a relaxing stay in Corfu.

Germany– A beeping noise was audible at night when the window was open – The shower had only a curtain, which stuck to the body in the small cabin – a solid door would be much more comfortable – The bathroom floor remained permanently wet after cleaning, leading to high humidity in the room – The moisture affected both the toilet paper and our clothes – the clothes stayed slightly damp the entire time

IrelandContinued… As if all of this wasn’t bad enough, when I tried to speak to the manager about all the issues she was incredibly hostile. She said “you think just because you paid me money to stay here that I work for you”. She was disgruntled and what was more important to her was tending to her child who was in her car at the hotel entrance, stating she didn’t have time and that when she did she would call down to our room for a coffee to talk. I said we didn’t want to have coffee with her just to get the issues sorted (and I was hoping there may be at least some compensation but the interaction escalated to her stating she wasn’t a robot and would fix the problems when she was ready - I wasn’t given the opportunity to request compensation). Absolutely disgraceful manager and no wonder the place seems to be falling apart. Would not recommend Nobile Hotel and we will never stay there again. In all our years of summer holidays, we have never come across so many issues in any of the accommodation we have stayed in let alone having to deal with a genuinely incompetent manager with dreadful manners.

Irelandthe double bed should be double bed not two singles stick them together and the maintenance has to do the proper job not to leave people like that. You know when they have an issue with the water or any other issues.
We booked 2 Rooms for my family and in my room no tap water was an issue for 6 days wasn’t fixed then literally one day before we left the fix up and the toilet issue is well was coming to smell 24 seven, because of the new building, you wouldn’t realize that how bad or good the cleaners doing the job but literally you can see the dust and spiders around the door and it’s not proper cleaning, The girl in the reception she was very approachable and helpful, but technically she couldn’t do anything personally.
