Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

NetherlandsIt is a bit on the expensive side if you are travelling on a budget, but you do get your money's worth in my opinion.
The complementary upgrade we got to the Jasmin Suite made the trip for us. While all the rooms look very nice, this suite is incredible, perfect for a couple's getaway. The staff was very helpful and made the stay effortless.

AustraliaNothing, everything was great.
I would highly recommend this accommodation, the hosts were amazing and the room was very spacious, a lot bigger then we expected. Only a 10 minute walk into the old town. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.

BulgariaGreat place to stay in the heart of Rhodes. Staff was great - waited until 0:30 due to flight delay, had a good breakfast (no menu just ask what you like). Rooms were tidy, clean and cool. Parking was not a problem since Maria reserved a parking spot for us. Worth trying nearby Tamam and Niohori Restaurants (2nd is more authentic but no fish option). Keep in mind that after 19:00 there no free tables in the restaurants and need to wait on the queue.

Our coffee capsules and small waters were renewed everyday. Room is cleaned everyday. Breakfast was delicious with homemade jams and warm bakery. Location is great for our expectations. And Violeta.. Violeta is a perfect lady who is doing her job excellent and with love. Lots of thanks to her... Fotini, who helped me at the reception was also very kind and helpful. We loved staying at this hotel.

United KingdomThis is an exceptional hotel, beautifully renovated to a very high standard, the ambience of the hotel is so peaceful. It is small and personal and the staff are amazingly friendly and cannot do enough for you. Mary - on reception, looked after us when we arrived - giving us lots of information re where to go and what to see, plus a list of great restaurants and bars. Violeta cooks a breakfast to order which is fresh and delicious.. The location is great, about 10 minute walk to old town, but there are lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Our stay was wonderful.

The property was better than we expected and did not disappoint in any way. Perfect location, very peaceful, but only minutes away from the hub of activity. Lovely touch of fruit and local wine on arrival at Niohori, great start to our stay. The personal service from the delightful Violetta was excellent and made our stay even more special. Breakfast served alfresco on the lovely courtyard a few steps from our front door was definitely something to look forward to as a prelude to the day ahead.

The room was stylish, good quality and relaxing. There was a beautiful courtyard where we had breakfast each morning. Violetta could not do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. We even had our own private terrace. Niohora is a very good place to stay in Rhodes Town, conveniently located for the Old Town and restaurants nearby. The hotel is in a quiet street and a good place to get away from the hubbub of the Town.

The whole thing! Pavlos, Mary and Julietta were so kind and helpful. We had a problem with the toilet flush and within 15 minutes Pavlos arrived and had it repaired. Julietta made excellent breakfasts for us with fresh ingredients and homemade jams. The location for many restaurants was great and is a short walk into the old town. We highly recommend this hotel, staying there will be a treat and you won't be disappointed.

AustraliaAccommodation was in a cobblestone alleyway and had lots of charm. It was a 10 minute walk to the old town and there were some really good restaurants within a five minute walk of our accommodation. The accommodation was very quiet and the room was large well equipped and on two levels. I would recommend this property to anyone.

United StatesRodos Niohori Elite Suites was the perfect place for us: incredibly clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The 2-level suite has a bedroom and private patio upstairs (with umbrella and lounge chairs). The entrance to the suite is from a lovely little courtyard paved in a mosaic of riverstones, shaded with umbrellas, with small tables for breakfast sourrounded by potted plants and flowers. The bed is comfortable, and we slept well without a sound to disturb us. There are even screens on the windows so you can leave them open to get fresh air without any concerns about insects. The proprietors are very kind and were eager to help out with any special requests we had such as early checkin, leaving luggage late on check out day and particular dietary needs (gluten free, and vegetarian). The location is great - a short walk to the old city but outside of the crowds. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We can't recommend this wonderful place highly enough and would surely stay here again if we return to Rhodes.
