The accommodation was self catering but the actual cooking facilities was by modern electric hob, which we were unable to feel confident in using .

We stayed at Nikos rooms for 4 nights after initially having problems finding the accommodation. The room itself was very nice with a good sized balcony,bathroom and good views of the nearby sea, mountains and street. And we had occasion to report a faulty toilet seat which the owner repaired promptly.The accommodation was within walking distance, of the town, and all amenities and the owner had sweets,in a bowl available for guests to dig into. And lastly we had some sparrows who we heard and saw making a nest behind the air-conditioning unit, outside of our room.

Only some small things like the bathroom door was broken (didn't lock) and the fridge was very old. But it didn't matter much for the cheap price

Kitchen unit should be replaced, it was outdated. Fridge was of ancient origins... No parking instructions were given to us - nearest free parking is 100 m away behind the small church. Do not park on the seafront road, we received the parking ticket - 40€.

Excellent location near beach. Very clean. Good bed. Balcony with sea view. Kind staff at the location. Rooms like it was in Greece in 80-ties. We wanted to stay longer than we did...

Would like to point out that the bathroom and the studio are small but it didn't bother us.

Perfect location near the beach, tavernas and the center. Unpretentious and small rooms but very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds if you don't like them too hard. Small bathroom but functional. Several of the rooms have a beautiful sea view with shade from the early afternoon and good sun protection in the morning. Wonderful and pleasant owner who increases the comfort factor. Would love to stay here again.

Nicos rooms are located in perfect place next to Haldiki beach and several very good tavernas. The host was very cheerful and helpful. The town is a 2 minute walk where there are more good bars and shops.

I did not know breakfast was included as did not research properly. It was not that important to me anyways 😊 could not clean the pan easy so make sure you bring a good metal rubber 😅

Loved the sweets variety offered soft and authentic genuine . Made my stay, providing everything else was perfect. The lady with beautiful name - very kind and helpful.

The rooms were very small. No place to open the suitcase. The bathroom was tiny and the shower enclosure/curtain was incorporating the toilet too

The "apartment" wasn't really an apartment but rather a hotel room with a stove. Space for cooking was very limited and there was no space for eating except the balcony. It's perfect if one plans to cook breakfasts only, it was too small for our needs.

Check in was very easy and the hosts were helpful. The location is perfect for visiting all the beautiful surroundings and the city is quite lively and cute.

Small room. Very old furniture. Air-condition....Please don't switch ON ! You can smell the last 25 years in details...Awful. Bathroom. Awful. The toilet and shower are both together. The shower you should hold in hand, because is not possible to hang wherever. The kitchen box is real "BOX". Refrigerator, stoves and fouset are integrated in legacy metal cabinet ! When you open the drawer of this device you can see freely stick out electric cables out of the electric box. Also the refrigerator is not so sanitary acceptable (grasy...).
