It’s a little old and outdated in the rooms were small but the room is to sleep only so that’s fine.

The hotel is conveniently located—just a 5-  minute from Fira and 7 minutes from the airport. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant arrival. We booked two rooms, but they didn’t match the advertised photos, especially considering the high price. The rooms were very basic—adequate for sleeping, but lacking the comfort and ambiance expected from a hotel. One room had a leaking air conditioner that soaked the floor, creating a safety hazard. Since it was the weekend, maintenance wasn’t available until Monday. After requesting a discount, we were moved to a different room that was much nicer and aligned with our expectations. Breakfast was decent but repetitive—cold and the same options each day, which became tiresome. Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the experience felt more like staying in a budget guesthouse than a hotel. I wouldn’t return and will consider other accomodations when visiting Santorini again.

We stayed here for just one night. The team member that checked us in was great. Property is located 8 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the town of Fira. Would stay again.

It is a bit far from centre. Have to get taxi or walk, public bus is not often. The bed was very hard, bathroom light made big noises when turned it on. Overall it is good place to stay.

The location of the place is quite pretty & peaceful. Our room was clean, warm & had a good view from our balcony. Nikos, (the host) is very helpful. He gave us some great recommendations, connected us with the local transport rental guy. Breakfast spread was amazing!

Everything was very basic, including breakfast but this is reflected in the lower price. No complaints

Quiet area. Nice 20 minute walk into main town but there is 200yards with no path. Some restaurants/ bars and a supermarket within 5 minute walk.

No safe in the room, although you felt like you were staying with family the staff were so nice so no need. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to Fira which we walked to each day, more restaurants to choose from. From Fira you can get buses from the bus station all around the island. If you have small children be careful as sections had no foot paths. The sunsets on the walk were stunning.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and had everything you need. Kettle, hairdryer, fridge shampoo, shower gel etc. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pool area was fab and pool beds comfy.

Location is perfect as its very near to bus station & large supermarket & on the main street , its about 20mnt walking to sunset view of fira & the hotel has large parking for car & the reception is very cooperative.

Not sure if it suitable if you do not have own transport. It is around 15-20 min walking from Fira.
