Everything was perfect

The hotel is very well located close to the Matala center. We had excellent hosts, always available if needed. They also offered us a delicious breakfast. We got many restaurant recommendations. The room was very spacious and everything was very clean. Next time in Matala we will go there for sure! It exceeded our expectations!

I was positively surprised how wonderful this single room was. Looked like it had never been used before. Great and modern interior, equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan and a refrigerator. The window has a moskito screen too. Even the night stand drawer had a lock. There was also a water boiler and dishes for one person plus tea and coffee. It was absolutely spotless and the hosts were super welcoming also to my little doggie and helpful with the parking situation during the street painting event where the roads are closed. The location is great and the room 21 even had a little seaview and view to the Matala caves. Lovely little sitting area outside. I will definitely book this again!

Recommend free filter coffee and water in the morning after 0700. :) Everything was great!

Fabulous from beginning to end! Cleanliness, free parking, location to beach and friendly staff that is also pet friendly! The rich foliage different plants adds to the very charming atmosphere. We will book again if returning to the area … without hesitation!!

We liked the outdoor courtyard area, the table and chair outside the unit, the privacy each unit had and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The location to most restaurants and other attractions was also a bonus as was the optional breakfast.

Location was perfect! Parking spot was nearby and my single room was perfect for a solo traveler. Loved that I could see the caves from my room and had a little spot to sit outside.

The most comfortable bed and pillows! Just a short block to the beach. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. We asked to stay a second night and we were given an upper level studio "with sea view" (meaning you can see the sea between the buidings). The main floor room was just as good and a little less expensive. The breakfast buffet is all fresh local fruits, vegetables cold meats, cheeses, breads and that wonderful Greek yogurt and honey, plus fresh squeezed orange juice and strong coffee. This has been the best stay of our trip. Highly recommend!

Not a single thing

We used the term distressingly delightful and amended our trip to include an extra night here within 10 minutes of arriving. The courtyard is like an oasis and wonderful for breakfast in the morning. The staff (a family operation) are very friendly and laid back. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms as well as a kitchenette. Two minutes from the beach and restaurants. Super relaxing environment.

breakfast was basic. only 8 euros per person so a good option if you’re budgeting but there’s a really nice bakery around the corner.

good location just off the main centre so quiet but close to everything. nice rooms, very clean with friendly staff. free parking close by. very pleased with this choice in Matala.
