Absolutely nothing to complain about

I have no words to describe how perfect this place is. The host she is an absolute angel and the hard work that she puts in the job she does is absolutely amazing. She changes everything everyday, the towels and bed sheets. The room smells like really clean. The place is amazing located, close to the beach, restaurants, markets, coffee shops, bus station and even laundry place. We had the perfect holiday and I recommend this place with my whole heart! Thank you!

Eva has been a wonderful host providing us with tips, suggestions and information. The location was in the very center of Agios Prokopios and every service was 2’ minutes walking from the place. The room was super clean. Highly recommended

We had a truly wonderful time. Anton and his mother were incredibly kind – they picked us up from the port and brought us back with a warm smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely little terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and relaxed after the beach. The absolute highlight? The shower with a sea view – especially at sunset – was simply unforgettable. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Great location, only 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and great restaurants, pharmacy, super market. Not far from city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned every day. Great host!! They provide parking which was great for us. Great service . Would stay again.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything! Nikoletta’s daughter was the most hospitable host we have ever had, she welcomed us personally when we arrived. The room was top notch, clean, comfortable, full of all needed amenities, the pool was clean and well maintained, and the location of the studios was ideal. She gave us some local recommendations, and assisted us in finding a few things around town. During our stay, we faced no problems whatsoever, we had a very comfortable, relaxing stay, and we enjoyed the beach and the restaurants around the town. I highly recommend staying at Nikoletta’s studios, their hospitality and their kindness will make you feel like you’re staying over at a friend’s house. We loved everything about the property. Perfect location, close to the supermarket, plenty of restaurants, cafes, the beach and the bus stop. The pool is beautiful with a great view. The room was clean and bright, great air conditioning. We were made to feel really welcome and can’t wait to come back hopefully very soon.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, but slept well regardless. Also, a shower head holder would be helpful in the shower, as you have to hold it in your hand.

I cannot find anything that we did not like.

Beach was a 5 minute walk and the beach was just fantastic. Water was crystal clear and warm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The owner was very gracious and extremely helpful. She even picked us up from the Ferry terminal as promised. Such a pleasant personality

Lovely location with the most host ever! The beach, restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance, but the area is still quiet despite being well-served. We used the car, still recommended to roam the island freely, but we noticed that the public bus service is running smoothly and the bus stop is close to Nikoletta Studios too.

Very nice unit. Hi end finishes. Marble floors. Shower is AMAZING!! Best rain shower head. Outside lounge area is great. Host was very nice and helped us when google took us astray. Close to beach, tons of restaurants and not far from other beaches. Recommend renting a car to easily get around easily.

Our room was very clean, modern and spacious with great views of the sea. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided and toiletries topped up each day. Very good location only a few minutes walk to some lovely restaurants and the beach, and close enough to the town also. Eva was a brilliant host, very kind and helpful even taking us to the port on check out.

The only point which could put people off is the noise from the street traffic but the window was double-glazed and we weren't disturbed during the night.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. We were picked up at the ferry terminal by Eva at no cost and her son dropped us off at the end of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool was a good size and very clean, as was our room which was cleaned every day. Agios Prokopios beach was a couple of minutes by foot with a well-stocked supermarket and restaurants close by. A bus stop serving the town and a couple of other beaches was literally in front of the property. Eva was eager to give us tips about the region too! We plan to return as soon as we can!
