Our stay at Nikolas Apartments was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a relaxing and charming design that made us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, the host checked on us daily, offering help with anything we needed and providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and reliable car rentals. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality and would definitely recommend Nikolas Apartments to anyone visiting the area!

I liked everything, good value for money.

I liked everything about it, the room was clean, the cleaning lady came almost every day and she changed towels and even bed sheets (by request). We also had our flight changed and we paid and extra 30€ to stay in the room until 5 PM because we were with a 3 yo and she needed to sleep in the afternoon. The owners were super nice!

The apartment was a few minutes walk to the beach and the main road for the bus into Heraklion. It is also close to the Hop on off bus into Heraklion.

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The hostess was incredibly responsive and always ready to help with anything we needed, making our experience even better. The apartment itself was spotless, had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and was just a short walk from the sea. Highly recommended!

Very clean, great location and excellent staff, so handy to have a pool too for the evening, only 100 meters from the beach and 2 minutes walk from lots of shops and restaurants.

The place looks just like in the pictures. The owner speaks very good english and is totally dedicated to your needs. We felt very welcomed. The location is also very good, 2 minutes from a long and wide sandy beach which wasn’t crowded or noisy but we could find all the facilities. There is also the advantage of being in a big city: you can stay all summer and not eat in the same place or you can cook your own seafood which in lidl is cheaper than chicken

Quiet and cosy, spacious apartment. Swimming pool. Just few steps to the beach. The owner is very friendly. Parking place. Kitchen well equipped. Very close you will find good Greek restaurants. Public transport available. With the car pretty short to be in Iraklion or Knososs Palace.

The place is very nice with a beautiful swimming pool and Great position. Eva, the owner is simply great, super nice and she is available to comply with any request for the property. Definitely a very good experience!

The accomodation is clpse to the beach (2 min walk) and close to a bus station which takes you to the airport.The apartament is packed with everything you need (also has an iron and safety box) +all the litchen utensils.You also have air conditioning and a terrace with a table and chairs + a laundry hanger.You could stay there for a month and not need anything else,it's perfect for a family vacation

everything was great

Location is pretty good, outside the main city in an area of houses and other tourist accomodations. There's a cinema nextdoor that has an outside area, we got to listen to a concert from the balcony it was great, normally you can't hear anything from there and the concert was over by 23:00 anyway. The beach is super close, just walk forward from the entrance 100m and you're on a nice beach with sand, umbrellas, bars everything you need. The host lives in a house on the property in a separate house and was super super nice, spoke great English and was very helpful. There's a great pool with a bit of shade for the kids in one corner and a deeper end if you want to swim. There were plenty of sunbeds by the pool, no issue with crowding in August. Parking was super good, there's a paved lot with lots of parking spaces adjacent to the property, it has a fence and it's mostly for guests. There are two different buildings with rooms, some rooms face inward towards the yard, some outward towards an empty field or the parking lot. The room was huge, ours had a main room with small kitchen with everything you need, a dining table and a small bed and a separate room with a huge bed. There is air conditioning and it's super quiet and worked great. Room was very clean, absolutely no issues, all windows had mosquitto nets so no bugs inside. Wifi was great and enough to even do remote work on.

Nice location near the beach. Clean apartment with comfy beds, nice shower, and all necessary amenities. Nice pool and plenty of sun loungers. 2-minute walk to shops and restaurants in Amoudara. Thanks a lot to our host, Eva!

Nice comfortable appartment, there is a dedicated parking lot next to the facility. The appartment has two bathrooms and all the rooms have A/C. The facility offers everything that a family will need during the stay there.
