Our upgrade was appreciated but our room was not what we would normally enjoy. We don’t spend that much time in our room but an ocean view would have made it better as an alternative The thought was truly appreciated

Almost everything. We enjoyed the hotel immensely. We just found the pool very uncomfortable as the chairs are to close as to try and accommodate more people, rather than regulating and monitoring the people that would leave towels on beds all day. Your police states that they are not to be left on the beds. Other than that excellent

The challenge for beds was a little bit of a struggle to obtain as there was not enough to go round on the 5th floor where the main pool was. The West side of the hotel on the 8th floor faced a building site and we had to request a change to one of our three rooms. We had dinner once and would suggest more of an al la carte menu rather than just a buffet. Some entertainment in the evening would keep some guests at the hotel.

The view from the pool areas on the 5th & 9th floors were amazing. The hotel had great spa facilities and an exceptional breakfast spread with all mod cons available in the room. Staff were exceptional and provided everything we needed. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were cleaned daily.

If you need very quit accommodation some rooms with sea view can be noisy with sea view can be noisy as the hotel is located next to the road

Excellent location with access to the sea. The beach in front of the hotel is a great place when beaches around are crowded. The hotel is located 2 minutes from the centre where restaurants and shops are situated. The staff is super friendly and give great advice for activities and visits.

It is funny to say that there’s a beach to the hotel! It’s just a tiny concrete space with sun beds on it. The pool on the 5th floor has a great view but very crowded, you go at 7 am and find all the sun beds reserved!

As with most larger hotels, it was sometimes difficult to get a sunbed in the morning. We also booked the hotel with the intention of using the gym, however it was very small with limited equipment.

A beautiful hotel with stunning sea views. Great location for walking to the local restaurants and beach and the staff were always on hand to help. Breakfast was a highlight with mimosas and a musician overlooking the view and the room had great amenities.

Pictures show a steam room and sauna which aren’t part of the hotel but instead the spa and wellness area which you have to book a treatment for in order to use them. Main pool area on level 5 fills up by 10am. No further seating available. Mayne need to monitor people for placing towels down that aren’t in the area to allow fairness

Perfect location in the centre of Agios Nikolaos. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Views of the sea were very nice. Bed was large and comfortable

The shower is transparent and separate from the toilet and it didn't suit us

Shower needs a sliding door - the water just goes all over the floor...

Everything was pretty great. Room was comfortable - would be nice to have two chairs instead of 1.... Breakfast was exceptional - lots of choices and good quality. Plunge pool was lovely but too cold to use.... Spa was excellent!
