The apartment interior is a bit oldfashioned :) A wifi was not stable. If you need it for work tasks then it can be tricky.

Apartment was roomy, 2 bathrooms. It had a full kitchen, pretty well equipped, except dishwasher - that would be really nice to have. It was tidy and clean. Quite a large pool, deep at one end. Enough space in the parking (you really need car there).

Additional charges for a/c were not mentioned until the 2nd day. Was called just before arrival, saying that without a credit card and licence, there would be issues. Not the thing to hear before arrival

It is a bit of a walk to the main road, only 800metres, and another 800m to the beach. Also the property is a little bit dated. But I actually like that.

I really liked my stay here, It was quiet and I had a lovely balcoiny, the air con worked well. I went to the pool area everyday and was always there on my own, apart from one day when a couple arrived after me. I am a solo male traveller in my early sixties and now like a bit of peace and quiet, so this is perfect for me

The location is a bit far from the main street and closest supermarket(800-1000m) however they suggest you to rent a car messaging on booking which was verry helpful

Family friend hotel with nice and kind owners. Prices were ok for us. They clean and leave clean towels daily.

As other people have commented, it would be useful to have a car as the hotel is a little out of town. I didn't mind walking everywhere but it wasn't mid season so the temperature was not excessive: wouldn't have liked to have had to do it in the heat.

The Niki apartments were a little remote ,fine for us as we didn’t mind the walk 15 minutes to supermarket,20 to the beach ,but it did get a bit tiring in the heat .

We had a 3 bedroom apartment,it was very spacious ,lovely balcony overlooking the pool.The apartment was cleaned everyday with fresh towels a bonus (except Sundays)by a lovely lady,thank you !! The pool was fantastic with plenty sun beds and shade if needed. The staff were very friendly and take pride in the property.

Well equipped and clean comfortable apartment at exceptional value for money also included aircon. Very quiet about 10 minutes walk from the main road and another 5 or 10 minutes walk to the beach. Staff provided me with suitable WiFi to join work meetings. Didn't use pool, looked like it needed topping up but was clean.

This hotel met my expectation as the host was very clear on what to expect from the room I had booked. It was exceptionally clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much after the chaos of Old Rhodes Town this was a lovely respite.

The pool was filled with dead cicadas, and smelled like chlorine. Couldn't possibly swim in it for the life of us. Location isn't great at all. Had to walk a kilometer only to get to the supermarket/any actually known road. Lots of walking.

Great value for money, as it is very cheap. Quiet place, good for families. Would only recommend for those who come with a car though, as you WILL walk a lot.

Basic facilities. Kettle handle hot to hold after boiling Paying extra for air con. Old fashioned crockery, small cups Bedroom light not working / door handle almost came off in my hand No washing up liquid provided The double bed was just 2 singles pushed together! And they would slide apart easily. Hot water took ages to come through
