Location was great, next to a lovely family run restaurant. Room was clean, aircon worked good. The couple who runs it were so nice and welcoming, they asked us a few times if we needed anything and they even gave us a cake on our last day! Would definitely come back! There was some occasional street parking but you could park inside the property (there was space for like 3-4 cars) so we had no problem with parking

The bathroom is not new, but works perfectly. Parking is not always close.

The apartment is ultra clean. The staff (Stelios and his wife) is super kind and ready to help, without invading your privacy. They clean everyday and they change your sheets very often. Everything inside works perfectly, the maintainance is flawless. We didn't have any problem with electrodomestics, beds, furnitures and services.

Very reasonable priced! Nice to be away from main street but also a few minutes away! Great food options if you carry on up the hill away from the road and worth the effort to walk a little. Very clean and lovely ‘chill’ area around the pool.

This was our second stay with Stelios and Poly. Our studio, with an amazing bathroom, was lovely overlooking the beautiful garden with lovely flowers and plants and the wonderful pool just beyond. Poly cleaned the rooms daily and they were spotless. Towels and sheets were changed more times than expected. Best service ever from Poly. Stelios is always on hand to help with anything at all. The beach is no more than a 5 minute stroll away. Two of our favourite taverna's are on the same street too (Romantza and Romeos). Supermarket/shops are 1 minute to the left (Foods & more) or 5 minutes to the right (Elenas). Best location ever!! We'll be back!!

Good location. Beautiful garden which is peaceful and relaxing with plenty of space. Hot water with a proper shower which is unusual for smaller studios. Very clean. Lovely owners who provide extra touches. We have stayed in Agia Marina a few times and this is our favourite.

The only issue at all was that one morning the hot water was working properly, but this was fixed by the next day.

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment in nice quiet location just off the main street. Close to numerous tavernas and shops, and about 2 mins walk to nice beach. Free parking on street just outside. Good place from where to explore the Western half of Crete, 15 mins drive into Chania (or about 1/2 hr on the bus) and 1 hr drive to beginning of Samariá gorge hike.

Location was great, heaps of restaurants in walking distance, beach and shops close by. Staff were really accommodating, staying up until 1am to check us in, and always asking if everything was alright. Room was cleaned daily and the property was sparkling clean. Pool area was great and everything was really good.

We found the AC to be a bit weak and our room was a bit warmer at night.

Conveniently located in the heart of Agia Marina, this place is close to everything one may need: a bus station, two beautiful restaurants (Romayssa and Romeos), pharmacy, bakeries, beach bars, and, of course, the beach itself! The staff were super friendly and accommodated all our requests and the rooms were clean. We also appreciated the swimming pool in the backyard :)

Nothing, everything was perfect

If I could give 11 to this property I would! Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was great and really accommodated all our requests. Extra sheets, beach towels, they even provided us with a beach umbrella! What more can you ask. The studio has everything you need and it is cleaned EVERY DAY, which is a great touch. The location is perfect, 30 seconds from super markets and tavernas. They also have some parking space inside but honestly, even if it was July, we did not have any issues parking outside.

This studio was one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. The cleanliness was excellent, with daily housekeeping service, which was a first for us. The staff were super nice! The location is perfect, with the beach, taverns, bars, and stores all within a two-minute walk. The swimming pool was great, and the sunbathing area was fantastic, with umbrellas and lounge chairs. There was also a spot by the pool where you could relax and play some games. Highly recommended!

Everything close by, shops, restaurants, beach, bus top on the corner. The pool area garden was a bonus really pretty garden with a lovely pool. Exceptionally clean and peaceful place. Great hosts - quiet, polite and very kind. We visited Balos, Falasarna, Elafonisi, Chania, Rethymno, Seitan Limani, Chora Sfakion. Many restaurants, supermarkets within a 2-minute walk. I recommend to everyone who wants to visit Crete and see the top beaches and the beautiful Chania and Rethymno.

Everything was nice.

The hotel is next to the restaurants, supermarkets, beach etc and at the same time is very quite and pleasant! I had a very good night sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and pillows! Everything was clean and good organised!The two days that I stayed there, it was not allowed to swim in the sea because of the big waves but the swimming pool of the hotel saved the day. It was really convenient to have a swimming pool in front of my room! I totally recommend it!
