Arrived at our apartment in Sitia and the owner Nektarios met us on the street and insisted on carrying all our bags inside. Upon entering we could see the building had many impressive architectural details. Being one of the few apartment buildings with a lift we went to the third floor, the owner showed us the door security. As we walked inside it became apparent that this was a 5 star plus apartment. Stylish Italian furniture German appliances, a heated spa that could seat 10 persons, a sauna and a hydro style massage shower. Large rooms and large balconies. Flat screen tv and blue tooth devices connected to ceiling speakers and more. The location is minutes from the town centre, from the water and from the beach. Breakfast was far too much for us to eat but a variety of choices delivered to our door every morning. We have been travelling for 35 years and have travelled to Greece 15 times and this was the best apartment we have ever encountered and the owner Nektarios is number 1. He is very proud of his apartments and much of the work he has designed and installed himself with perfection. A true gentleman and perfect host.

Simply the best. The very best of Sitia. Great location, right in the center. Close to all the restaurants yet quietly situated, with the sea just a short distance away. The decor is super luxurious, and the beds are fantastic. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities, including a large four-person jacuzzi, a wellness shower, and even a sauna. There's also a Miele washer-dryer combo, something we hadn't seen before in Greece. You start the washing machine, and when it's done, the laundry is dry and ready to use. The apartment also features a machine for clear sparkling water, so you can enjoy fresh, sparkling water anytime. The cinema wall is amazing as well; you can easily stream your own movies or music to the TV via your iPhone or iPad. The host is very friendly, helpful, and leaves nothing to be desired. We were welcomed with a free and extensive welcome package, including fresh fruit and various local delicacies. Breakfast is on the rooftop terrace with a view over the harbor of Sitia, with the sea in the background. Sitia and its surroundings are beautiful and still unspoiled. The largest palm beach in Europe, VAI, is just over half an hour's drive away. Kata Zakros and Xerokambos are unique, as are the Richtis Gorge and the gorge at Kato Zakros. Wine tasting and visiting the Toplou monastery museum are must-dos on the way to Vai.

The stay was amazing. The room was amazing and Maria and her husband were super nice to us and always available. Communicating with them was very convenient via sms or whatsapp. When we arrived they had us reserved a parking spot just in front of the hotel itself. Therefore picking up the key and unpacking was done in a matter of minutes. Arriving in the room itself was a great experience. The room is very spacious, modern and very clean. The fact that Maria's husband did the rooms himself can only be respected and be praised as he did an amazing job at this. The room has great features from a jacuzzi to a Japanese toilet. But another great feature is the balcony. This is very spacious and calming to sit on after a long day. To conclude this place is amazing to stay at and the Maria and her husband are the best hosts you can have. They are super sweet and helpful yet they leave you sufficient privacy. I can really recommend this hotel so you can go and experience this all for yourself.

The property was located in the center, meters away from the main port and the heart of this beautiful city. The hotel itself is like finding a diamond in the rough as it is one of a kind for Sitia. It has all the luxury accommodations you would find in large hotel chains, and even exceeds them. The room was spacious, very modern and was equipped with both a full spa/Jacuzzi and a steam room. I enjoyed the stay and highly recommend anyone that enjoys a this part of the island to stay in this lovely hotel with eyes closed.
