We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Nero Light Filled Suites as a family, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent — Chrysa, the operations manager, was incredibly helpful via WhatsApp, offering thoughtful recommendations and organising transfers and dinner bookings both before and during our stay. Charis at reception was equally welcoming and went above and beyond to help organise a lovely surprise for our daughter’s birthday, which made our trip even more special. The suite itself was perfect for our family of three — spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with a fantastic outdoor area and a private pool that we all loved. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to explore the highlights of Santorini with ease. We truly felt well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend Nero Light Filled Suites for families or anyone looking for a personalised, boutique-style Santorini stay!

JUST WOW! I don't have enough words to describe our delight! We travel a lot, but for sure this trip was the best our vacation ever! The main thing of island is a Chrysa - she is made our holiday truly magic and unforgettable! She help with anything, dentist/yacht/massage/restaurants/special requests, we only booked three days but stayed for 14… Take more days, cause you won't want to leave this place!

The view from the picture did not show all, it is actually other side of sea not facing the famous view like Skatos rock, if it showed clearly, it could have been better to select property. However, staff were utmost friendly and calm, relaxing atmosphere which is perfect for privacy.

We had a wonderful stay at NĒRO Suites by NOMÉE Hospitality Group in Imerovigli. The reception staff were excellent and kindly upgraded us to an executive suite, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was exceptional, and the dinner was equally impressive. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and highly recommend this place.

The property was lovely and clean throughout, has a beautiful look to it and always smells lovely. Room was cleaned everyday always looking amazing. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff organised my room with balloons and gift which was very special. Robes and slippers are provided giving it that extra fancy feeling. Breakfast was lovely with a variety of options, brought to our room each day to enjoy the view whilst eating. Delicious food from the menu, we loved the tortilla. An amazing stay!

Great place to stay on Santorini. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The room had a great view of non-caldera side of the island. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very well located. There are a few good restaurants nearby. The walk from the hotel to Fira and a longer hike to Oia are great.

The only downside was having to leave!

I had the incredible opportunity to stay in a suite that was nothing short of amazing, complete with a private pool and an incredible view of the sea. Every morning, I woke up to this stunning panorama—truly a slice of heaven! However, what made my stay truly exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, Dimitris and Konstantina greeted me with warm smiles and remarkable attention. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home and catered to all my needs. The room service, led by Lucas, was simply outstanding. He knew my preferences and brought me delicious breakfasts every morning. What a joy to start my day this way! I can’t overlook the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, thanks to Maya and Margo (Margarita), who did an extraordinary job while being incredibly kind. Their attention to detail and warmth truly made a difference. Lastly, a huge thank you to Chrysa, the Operations and Concierge Manager, for her flawless management and professionalism. She made sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unparalleled experience. I will undoubtedly return!

Beware the sea view is for sunrise, not sunset. Despite its excellent location in Imerovigli, rooms face the east, not the western Caldera.

Needs a full length mirror in the room. Also, the walls separating the patios are low -- maybe add some hanging plants to increase privacy.

Facilities were immaculate, the bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, the breakfast served daily on our patio was wonderful. The welcome gift of a bottle of wine and fruit was such a nice touch. The staff, especially Elena & Dimitris, were so very kind and extremely helpful. Chrysa was very responsive and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area and just a short walk to many restaurants, shops and the bus stop. We highly recommend NERO Light-Filled Suites!

The property advertised as non-smoking but then the guests on the left of us facing the water all days smoked on the patio. Goes right into our room - can’t keep windows open for breeze or enjoy the pool deck when they smoke. Please make all facilities nonsmoking and have smokers step off the front porch of the hotel to smoke. The privacy of each patio - too late now on design but guests on both sides look right into our deck and windows. If the walls were 2feet higher each room would have more privacy. Perhaps raise the patio roof and hang plants between to block out.

Welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch. Loved Elena wonderful! Chrysa concierge via What’s Ap great!! They help retrieve Chet’s designer sunglasses from a restaurant and ship to our friends in Nafplio. We received them thank you !!
