The size of the shower cabin in the bathroom is too small and not properly cleaned. We were placed in the basement apartment and because of that there was a feeling of dampness in the room. When we first entered the room there were too many mosquitoes and spiders that we had to remove ourselves. The mosquito net was broken.

I liked the architecture and the look of the hotel. The location of the hotel is great if you want peace and quiet. The beach is close to the hotel. The hotel staff were great. The breakfast and hygiene were satisfact.

Small refrigerator and small bathroom (for the rooms downstairs), and there is no beach bar down at the beach.

It was quiet, the staff was great. The beach is very close with sunbeds for every room. Close to Parga and Preveza. The pool was clean, and water was pleasant.

The room was fairly noisy. Hearing both the outside area and inside (showers from other rooms, people walking in the corridor, etc.). The communication about facilities could have been much better: the locked entry during night-time, the key from the beach sun beds of the hotel, breakfast hours, the ventilation in the bathroom (it was always damn and moist), having a "do not disturb" sign that can be put on the door (we definitely missed having this simple feature).

The breakfast was just OK. There was a handicap lift at the outside stairs, but we have just lifted up the buggy each and every time.

The room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was really closed to the beach and the pool was lovely. The staff was really helpful and lovely.

We were asked on booking if we wanted half board option at £15 pppn The restaurant at the hotel does not open at night so don’t know how that option would work!

Quirky hotel, lovely pool, staff very courteous, friendly and spoke excellent English. Even got a bottle of wine from the Nepheli Winery as a gift on leaving. Rooms spacious with large balcony

Sound isolation is non-existent, so we heard every door being open on the floor and every conversation.. It's hard to sleep when you hear people coming and going in the middle of the night. We had two single beds, one mattress was perfect and one was really bad. We were under the impression that there are sun beds and umbrellas available and that we can order drink and food at the beach but that you can do only at the property. If you want an umbrella, the property will give you one, but you have to bring it yourself to the beach. It's not a deal breaker, but we were with a small child, and it was too much fuss for us

I’m a light sleeper at the best of times but unfortunately there was traffic noise nearly all night, other than that it was very nice.

It is quite risky to make a turn from the motorway to the hotel direction. The car drivers are driving fast without respecting the traffic rules.

The location is perfect. The hotel is clean. There is a nice garden with several trees creating a perfect environment especially during hot summer days. The swimming pool is quite clean and suitable for small children.

The restaurant only serves snacks and we had to walk and find a restaurant nearby. The closest one was about 300-400 metres away When outside one can here the traffic nearby but it’s quite inside and I slept well

The staff seemed unexperienced and took quite long for a relatively simple order. Also, at breakfast, we hated to see there were some employees ensuring excellent service while others were literally playing with their phone. The bathroom was dated and small, and the showerhead holder was broken.

The hotel ambiance was quite unique, the swimming pool was amazing with nice music, and the location was right next to the beach, which was also a big plus. The restaurant looks great and the balcony was nice with sufficient privacy.

Standard rooms were a bit too small. The pool could have been more looked after.
