Vasiliki as a town is very nice, the location is good, the beach is sandy, so not so blue. The hotel and the apartment is a little old, also the pool, but it is nice . Sunumbrella are for free on the beach.

Came here five years ago but the property has since taken a turn for the worse. Sold as “sea view” but due to large tree and other greenery, view very much restricted. Room was pretty dirty especially the bathroom,and communal areas even worse. Seems property has been neglected compared to the new sister hotel next door. Limited cutlery and no matching glasses etc. Overall definitely in need of a refurbishment, would expect much more for the price of the room.

Location, close to the beach, tavernas and supermarket. 15 minute walk to the main harbour area with more restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed, good aircon. Room serviced each day although towels tended to go “missing”

Beautiful town, wonderful restaurant, and for the area excellent beach. The mountains and the seas and the islands are breathtaking, you must go here.

The room had a fishy smell that persisted for hours every time the cleaning lady cleaned it, might be the water they used. Facilities were dirty and unused for years. Parking was free, however only a few spots were available at the hotel, their private parking was few corners away.

Excellent location in Vasiliki, beach right in front of the hotel, the room, bathroom and balcony were big, breakfast at the hotel lobby. Supermarket across the street. The staff were kind and nice.

The hotel has two buildings. We were in the old one. We lived on the second floor. Stairs from the outside. There was no lighting. It took a long time to repair, especially in the bathroom. The smell of mold and moisture in the bathroom. Ants were walking around the room. The room door was hard to lock, the key was stuck. There is a lack of care and order in the hotel environment.

The location of the hotel is really good, convenient. The beach is wonderful, sandy. My husband likes to surf and it was perfect for him. There is a swimming pool. The choice of breakfast is enough for us. We had breakfast on the terrace next to the pool. The place is cozy. There are tables inside as well, upon request.

The plug socket to charge your phone was the other side of the room, meaning you had to get out of bed. There was mould in the bathroom, and part of the bathroom was broken

we were upgraded on arrival as there appeared to be a booking problem. I think the room was better than we had booked however the shower head broke on day 2 and the heavy glass door fell into the bath the following day - the bathroom was ready for a refit.

Good location, lovely view of the Bay from top floor balcony. The staff were very obliging and helpful when we had a problem & kindly gave us a lift to the bus stop when we departed. Easy to reach by KTel bus. Local tavernas really good.

Kitchenette equipment was very poor.

Beautifully located hotel with friendly staff. Close to restaurants and market. Long and sandy beach, not too crowded. For guests free sunbeds and umbrellas. Food and drinks are served on the beach.

Tired infrastructure and lackluster maintenance.

On balance, the Nefeli is good value for money. But you have to be aware of what the balance is. On the positive side, the location of the hotel is fantastic (you're right on the beach), the rooms are spacious and nice, and the breakfast with home made things is wonderful. On the negative side, the infrastructure is tired and a bit worn out. You will encounter things like drawers that don't work and mirror cabinets that refuse to stay open. If these downs don't trouble you, then you can have a really good time in the hotel.

The air conditioner in one of the rooms didn’t work and we had to leave the window open which meant noises from the road all night and in the early morning we had to sleep through the lovely smell of sewage! The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the lights came and went like 5 times and we had to shower in complete darkness for most of the time. We barely spent the night here and had the worst experience of an apartment so I wouldn’t recommend!

Location was perfect. Can walk straight from hotel onto the beach. Restaurants at your doorstep. Room is comfortable with amazing sea view. We originally booked with mountain view but were upgraded to beach view which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend

Aside from the location, which is in a great spot, especially for being close to the port (which was important to us), everything else fell short of expectations. When we arrived, the apartment was in poor condition, and the cleaning was inadequate. We would have rated it lower if it weren't for a bit of luck – the toilet was broken, so they upgraded us to the hotel, which is also owned by the same person.

There is nothing we don't like.

The location was on the beach. Very friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day. We recommend this accommodation and we did not feel a negative thing from the comments prior to our visit.

This is a beautifully, peacefull, relaxing place to stay. The rooms have everything you might need and more! Clean and comfortable. Gorgeous pool .The owners and their staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Would recommend the breakfasts. 100% recommend this place for couples and families alike.

Thé kitchenette in thé room was a bit outdated and not alot of pots and Pans at hand but enough to make a pasta dich Or something simple like that.

Had a great time at thé hotel, thé staf is verry Nice and helpful! The pool is beautiful with Nice pink flowers. and a cozy sitting area is alsof a big plus !

Fantastic place to stay. On the beach, by the town promenade, private beach and water sports. Parking space in front of the hotel and pet friendly! Wasn’t expecting all that for the price, what a gem.

we were a bit disappointed we arrived around 4 or, 5 pm and were told that our room was ready. when we entered, we didn't have pillowcases for the pillows and they didn't look very good and neither did towels. we had to wait for that, although we wanted to leave because we were hungry after a long journey. the hall and the stairs were not so clean, the rooms were so and so.

Worst experience of accommodation in an hotel the last 45 years I travel in Greece. At the first day we entered the room we realized that it was very dirty and it had no signs of cleaning after the previous occupant left it. Parts of the furniture was broken, the bedsheets had dirt and there were just two small towels for a family of three people. Moreover, the room was full of ants throughout our whole stay (6 days) in the location. The cleaning ladies were so scarce that we were watching out for them in the corridor, every day in order to ask them to visit the room. The size of the room was so small that it could hardy accommodate two people. The parking place was away from the hotel in an empty plot and it was very tight, resulting in finding my car scratched one day.
