All I can say is that I was sad to leave this place. Katerina and Roxanna are so wonderful and caring. They always check in on us and make sure we are ok. Our room was near the pool which was really nice. Very clean room. It was perfect!

Hotel is in a very good position in Fira, near to the centre and with a great view on the Caldera. Caterina is a special host: she helped us in each problem or wish! Top level cleaning all days and rooms are very confortable.

Very helpful and friendly staff, they gave some great recommendations for food/drinks. Accomodation was very clean, bed made daily and room freshened up. Super comfortable, good aircon, quiet , blackout blinds. Just off main street so tranquility at night and easy access to main strip. Very pleased with our stay.

Perfect location, close to the center but away from its noise. Sunset from the terrace. Table, chairs and deckchairs - perfect for the evening. Very friendly host and her friend - we were greeted by Katerina (not so common nowadays), were allowed to check in early in the morning soon after arrival. Glasses, plates, cutlery, fridge - everything you need for a few days stay. The apartment was very clean, fresh towels every day, the room was also cleaned daily.

Really enjoyed the property, hot tub was nice as it’s your own private one. The pool is just a plunge pool, but fits its purpose. Location is great. Just 10 mins walk down to Fira. Definitely a must if you want to stay in Fira.

Some hills leading up to the place are steep and would not be suited to older people but this is common in Fira

Katarina and Roxana were excellent to deal with and very accommodating. Room was nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

I absolutely loved every minute at this Villa I felt at home the gorgeous host Katarina and her staff were amazing and very attentive. The location is fantastic no more than a 10 minute walk to all the cafes and shops and bus stop. The room was very modern with the most comfortable bed and pillows. I cannot fault it and the view was to die for over the ocean with a lovely pool to enjoy.

I had an amazing stay! The villa was super clean, just like in the photos, and in a perfect location—everything was nearby: markets, restaurants, car rentals, all within walking distance. The sunrise view was stunning, and relaxing in the jacuzzi in the evenings was a real treat. The host was so friendly, always smiling, and really helpful the whole time. Totally recommend!

Katerina was such a friendly host who was very generous and helpful to us. She organised our taxis , was flexible with our check out time due to a late flight and even gave us delicious sweet treats! Great location in Fira, very central but still away from the noise of the town. Had a beautiful view from the villa with a small pool and seats to relax.

Few studios or apartments in the town appear to have cooking facilities beyond a microwave and, with the lack of well stocked supermarkets, self catering is very restricted. Also restaurants are generally expensive. It is a truly beautiful place to visit for adults but families may find it difficult to keep children entertained.

A warm, welcoming and helpful arrival. Although view from balcony was to the sunrise side of Fara it was a short walk to the sunset and most picturesque side of the town and to the centre. There were loungers outside the room in full morning sun until 2.00pm if you wanted to relax but the island is one to explore. There are very good reasonably priced day trips by boat and bus to explore the interesting towns, villages and nearby small islands. Be aware that if you are travelling outside of the main summer months it is pleasantly warm during the day but coats or jackets are necessary in the evenings.

Everything was absolutely great .

Host Katerina was extremely kind , helpful , sweet , welcoming . She received us with an amazing family owned straw wine (was so good that we needed purchasing one ) , gave us tips for breakfast , car rentals , interesting spots of the island , for everything she was there willing to help and always smiley. Great and sweet host , she definitely made our stay much worth it than island already is . Location is great quiet and far from the noisy avenue but near enough from main avenue and Fira town to go by taking a short and enjoyable walk to see stores around .

I asked how to get to the property and host advised I could only by taxi which cost €40, so I said yes. But turns out I could’ve got the bus for €2 from the Port to the Hotel, which was very frustrating as a solo traveller

Nothing except the flight of stairs to the room, but it’s like that with most properties is Santorini.

It’s a beautiful apartment with a great view of the city and the ocean. Got to see the sunrise every morning. The host is warm and welcoming and brought us coffee every morning at 9 am! It’s very close to the city centre and yet perfectly quiet and serene. Love the atmosphere!

Not enough glasses plates and trays in the property could do with a couple of wooden trays and more glasses to use to have drinks and food on the balcony

Looking at the map and seeing the pictures, you think you are at the west side of the island and see the sun set. However actually the accommodation is faced east and there is no sunset at all. I think if you know Santorini you could have worked it out but for a first time visitor it is a little misleading how it is shown. Further how nice the apartment was, the price/quality was not really balanced to be honest. Everything is expensive at Santorini, but for this price you pay I would have expected more. We expected to be on the west side looking at the map and the pictures, then I could somewhat understand the price. Now it was not worth that amount of money to be honest. Even-though nothing wrong with the accommodation, just not a right value for money balance.

It was a very nice accommodation, with the jacuzzi as a big bonus. Taxi was arranged for pick up.
