An amazing location right on a beautiful beach. The sunrise was incredible and the staff was so welcoming. Also, the food at the restaurant was AMAZING. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

I prefer a softer bed. There was a kettle but no cups ...easy enough to obtain on request. I found underpants under the suitcase stand from previous guests. I've mentioned all this to the hosts just to take a bit more care.

Great food, Being invited to be part of a party they were hosting which included greek music and dancing. Food was lovely there too and they eat late, 9.30 til midnight. It went til 3am but good sound proofed wslls so it was ok.

Everything was good. The location was nice, the staff was friendly and the food was very good. We had a really great time there. The beach is really nice, if you prefer less crowded spots.

The position: it is placed near Kissamos, (a surprisingly cute village) and equidistant to many beautiful beaches. Besides, if you don’t want to go anywhere, you can have a beach almost for yourself! We loved the laid back atmosphere, the tranquility and the green trees close to the beach. The highlight of Naya is the level of their cuisine: the ingredients are exellent, best Cretan salad on the island! Haris, the owner, is super cool and made all the efforts to match our requirements. Thanks for everything, we will be back!

We stayed here at the end of may 2025. We were alone at the location which was great :D no noise from other guests. The people working there and the owner were very kind and ready to help anytime. The room was very clean and we had a small terrace for us, was very nice to have our breakfast there. They have a restaurant and a bar, veerrryyyyy nice. Walking distance on the beach are two fish taverns, delicious. :) Room with seaview, location is remote and was great for us, the room was very clean and the cleaning lady was very helpful and ready to help every time.

I didn't like the fact that 10 days were gone so fast and we had to return back to London. :)

When we arrived at Naya, we had a very warm welcome from the owner, Aris. During the 10 days of our stay we enjoyed some delicious food at the restaurant, in front of the sea. The room was very clean and all the employees were very friendly and professional. The location has something unique that makes you relax straight away. The view of the sea, the serenity, the Cretan hospitality from the host..creates unforgetable memories. Old town of Chania is 40 minutes drive, which is really easy. It's an ideal location to stay, if you don't want the noise of the city, you can unwind at the beach for a few days and the rest explore the areas around.

I loved staying at Naya and almost don't want to write a good review so it doesn't get too discovered. The host and his family are so accommodating and friendly and generous. Naya is right on the beach with sunbeds and hammocks making for a perfect day at the beach. The water is gorgeous - a great place to swim. The room is clean and modern and had a few extras that were appreciated.The staff are super friendly. The food at the restaurant is delicious! Very generous portions. This is a place that locals come for events and celebrations which we happen to be lucky enough to be there during one. It is away from the crowds of City beaches and that was perfect for us

Aris and his staff are the best hosts you can find. Literally 30 Steps from the room to the beach Location is well curated, food is great (especially lamb), sunbeds are confortable. The place is quiet and very close to some of the best spots on the Island We will come back 110%

There was a restaurant's kitchen behind the wall of our room, and we could hear periodically a humming noise (maybe a fridge or AC?), but it didnt brother me too much as it is was not even as loud as our own AC.

The host is great, very welcoming and helpful. The place is directly at the beach, together with a bar and restaurant. There is a room service everyday. The access to the sunbeds is free for the guests. Overall, a very nice, relaxing stay.

Everything was perfect. People there are kind and helpful. In the bar you can find perfect coctails and food is delicious. Our room was nice, very clean and calm, so my 1y.o. baby slept really well. The beach is directly there with a service, so you can have a nice drink there. Daily room service was amazing, we had always new and nice smelling towels. I recommended this property to all my friends and I will be happy to go there again.

there wasn’t much else close by, but we knew this when we booked and it’s one of the reasons it’s a bit of a hidden gem!

We loved the vibe. Very chilled and relaxed and a hidden gem. We couldn’t stop looking at the view from the bar/restaurant area; the colour of the sea was amazing. The food was lovely, and you could eat at pretty much any time of day. The owner and his wife were lovely and very friendly, and the staff were great.

Great place. Modern standard rooms with air conditioning, tv and fridge. Very friendly, helpful staff and owner. The beach is great(not too many stones/rocks), sea entrance at first with some stones(ends after a meter) and then sand only(no shoes for water required). The food and drinks are very good, the choice is quite big - and even if You do not find what You need, there are restaurants in Kissamos within ~15min walk distance. If somebody is looking for a nice place without crowds, close to the beach/sea with good standard - this is the one. Recommended.

The room was not comfortable. Basically, our room was not made to spend time in it. The common area in the restaurant was much more comfortable, so I did most of my work from there. The internet is not reliable for work (which is a general issue in Crete, not just this place).

The location is fantastic if you are into quiet beach vacation. Scenery is beautiful, beach is clean and quiet. Even though they own the restaurant on the property and there is nothing else in close proximity the food is really good. But if you would like some variety other restaurants is about 15 - 20 minute walk away in the main town. Overall we had a very positive stay and really enjoyed Naya.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work. The staff were really friendly and tried to help us. Unfortunately they didn’t succeed but offered us a refund so we could find another place. A shame but not their fault.
