Bed was hard, shower was old and dirty but for the price it was okay

Beds were as hard as a rock and I ended up asking for a douvet to lay on, very old accomodation… the pool was the highlight

The pool has one long thick line in the middle that was algae but the whole pool was very clean couldn't understand why that wasn't cleaned or fixed. The pool bar didn't have a variety of spirits when requested a vodka or gin, daily music wasnt playing by the pool area, I think if music was playing constantly and more variety of alcohol such as cocktails would be great.

It was a 15min walk to the main town, and also a 10min walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and were always willing to assist when needed something. The daily breakfast which was included was filling and lots of variety of buffet foods to choose from.

The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive. We had to ask every single day to get our towels changed. Floors and mirrors were only cleaned when requested. The staff couldn’t provide basic local information – they even sent us to the main bus station 20 minutes away, while there was actually a bus stop just 2 minutes from the hotel on the same street. On the first day, they made us carry a 20 kg suitcase up to the 3rd floor by stairs with no assistance or service provided.

Door did not lock when we arrived - poorly maintained. Room was grubby. We were there for 8 nights and other than daily towels (which we had to ask for), the room was not cleaned.

Cleaner only came once unfortunately. Bit outdated and could do with refurbishment. Bathroom wasn’t great but okay.

Location was good. Pool was excellent. Staff were welcoming and early check in. Room was pleasant.

Hotel was nice but a little jaded. Bedrooms need redecorating. Cleaning staff were very laissez-faire . My room wasn’t serviced at all the second day of my stay. No bed made, towels replaced or any cleaning done. Very disappointing!

Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff were very helpful and eager to please. Breakfast was lovely. Swimming pool was nice.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but we're given a quadruple room (bunk beds). We changed to the apartment to find the kitchen useless, which was in the bedroom and had no utensils or even cups and the dining area was the outside table and chairs. You have to put used toilet paper into a bin not the toilet.They didn't tell is that. Our room flooded and after it was fixed no one washed the floor. Not as good as the pictures.

The pool was very nice and breakfast was adequate.

Slow message replying. Bed did not have a lower sheet that could cover the whole bed. Daily cleaning but only rudimentary. Many days the floor was not swapped or toilet paper was missing. Old infrastructure that needs to be updated.

Very kind staff. Really nice pool. Very good pool service! Good breakfast and very kind people in the breakfast area. Great croissants that are baked at the property daily. The property provided us with a very big room on the quiet side as we had requested. Really good and silent a/c Big and clean bathroom. Balcony also really nice although we had no opportunity to use it. Although there is no noise insulation the property was generally quiet.

Breakfast: Horrible artificial juice (unacceptable artificial juice in a hotel) Breakfast - missing cut fruit (banana, pineapple, papaya, …) No air conditioning in the breakfast area (so warm inside) Pool Bar: Responsible for the bar was smoking and drinking beer in the bar tables. Need to pay one by one, you can not have some beer, drinks and pay in the end or during checkout. General: Breakfast has a lot to improve

The breakfast is very carb-heavy. It was a bit strange to have pizza for breakfast, and the juices weren’t fresh. Having more variety, some meat options and fresh fruit would have been great. I also didn’t like that we were never informed that we cannot bring snacks/drinks to the pool prior to us having a beer and a packet of chips poolside.

Katarina was so kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. When we were lost, she video called us to help us find our way, and she gifted me a bottle of wine for my birthday which was so appreciated. We also enjoyed the pool very much. Location-wise, it’s a nice walk into town as long as you don’t have heavy bags with you, and there’s a supermarket next door which is very useful.

Loved this place, I guess it really depends where your room is situated. If you’re on the ground floor next to the main road, it would s*ck, but I was on the first floor facing the mountains with a little private balcony it was super quiet and pleasant. The swimming pool is massive with loads of deck chairs and shade. The whole staff is super kind. Huge supermarket next door. Breakfast is a big plus ! AC &hot water in the shower works well. 5 minutes walk from a nice beach, 10 minutes walk from city center, 15 minutes walk from the harbour. They kept my luggage and let me enjoy the pool area on my last day after check out : thank you so much !

The loud non relaxing music in the bar area around he pool and was the taste of the bartender there.

I loved the breakfast, the pool was really big and ther was plenty of shade around the pool. The location was great - just a 10 minute walk to the town and very close walking distance to beach and bus stops. The staff were fantastic.

The staff in the bar/ breakfast area were not always helpful and sometimes rude. Manager berating his staff and yelling at them in front of guests making staff cry.

Lovely pool and poolside area with a good amount of shade. Very helpful staff in hotel, in particular Stephania in the mornings and a lovely evening girl whose name escapes me 😀
