Beautiful property and location with the best view ever. Easy to get to. Close to ferry port. Very short drive to airport. Free shuttle to and from city center in Firà for great shopping and dining, etc. But even better than that, the property management make you feel like you are home. Anastasia was very welcoming and accommodating to our request. The best concierge service that you can ask for.

We had a wonderful stay at Nautilus Dome! The place was extremely clean, and the shuttle service made everything so convenient. The premises are beautiful, with a phenomenal view that truly stands out. The staff was friendly, diligent, and always helpful, making our experience even better. Highly recommended!

It was our honeymoon and they offered us a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was beautiful! The staff were lovely and even helped us bring our bags to our room. The bed was comfortable and we loved the pool. We also utilized the free transfer to Fira (a 5 minute ride at most, but very helpful!!!) multiple times. Reception was very helpful and offered a WhatsApp number to communicate our needs during our stay. They brought breakfast to our room and it was perfect. We loved it!!

Initially when we arrived, the room wasn't as clean as I would hope but I asked for them to clean it again and they did. It was spotless each day after that!

The staff are absolutely wonderful at Nautilus Dome - this is my second stay at the property and they were as warm, welcoming and helpful as they were last year. They went out of their way to assist us, offered a free short trip in the car so we could get to the wedding up the road without calling an expensive taxi, and were always quick to respond if we needed something. The location is ideal - outside Fira with easy walking distance or a short (free) shuttle ride away.

This hotel was reasonably priced and centrally located on the island, which made it very convenient to get around. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the bus terminal. The room was spacious, featuring two floors. Breakfast was served in the room, with a variety of options to choose from. Special thanks to Anastasia, Mike (the front desk staff), Giannis, Lewnidas (the driver), and Kinta (the cleaner). I would like to express my gratitude once again for their warm and thoughtful service. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The staff are incredibly helpful & friendly. It’s a little outside of Fira but the free transfer is great & is quieter. The views are amazing on the roof terrace. Our room was clean, very comfortable bed and breakfast delivered to the room daily. The pool was very refreshing & a good temperature. We really enjoyed our stay as a couple.

Clean and neat room. We were a large group of 9 people. Shuttle service to Fira was very helpful. Saved us a lot of Euros. Morning breakfast is nice. Staff go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is comfortable. The place is nearly 3-4 km from Fira.

The bed was very uncomfortable, particularly after four nights. We would suggest that the comfort of the bed and the pillows be attended to as a priority.

Staff absolutely exceptional with every request that we made. They were very obliging to shuttle us to the nearby townships which was very thoughtful. The pool area was lovely and the bar was convenient. Michael and co-were able to assist with recommendations for local tourist explorations and recommendations.

Wifi could be better, but it works just ok

All the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast to your room is a big plus, with a lot of variety, quantity and quality. The service to take you for free and pick you up to Fira is also a big plus, just 2.5 kilometers away. I had a great stay here. Also the cafeteria has very reasonable prices. Very recommended! I certainly would come back.

Beautiful sunset view right from the rooftop patio! The hotel offers a shuttle service into Fira which is awesome! Staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. Our room (201) was very large with a private sunset view patio. 10/10
