Great apartment for the price. We really liked the warm welcome from the hosts and would love to come back here with friends. It's a peaceful place with beautiful sunsets.

There wasn’t anything i don’t like about this hotel.

I visit Sissi every year and have done for years and every time i choose to stay in this hotel. The location is amazing. I have had a sea view room every-time i have stayed. The rooms are very clean. There was nothing i could complain about as always. Every room I have stayed in here has been very clean, got all the facilities needed and an amazing view. The owner and his wife are lovely and cant do enough for you. They make you feel like family while staying. I love everything about this hotel and will continue to stay here on every visit i make to Sissi

Everything was perfect! The terrace is amazing, with a great view of the sea. You could enjoy nice breakfast here in the shadow, and beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Very clean apartment, spacious for the family of 5 (two adults 3 kids). There is everything you need, it’s cleaned a few times per week, and the sheets/towels are being changed. The owners are the loveliest people ever, welcomed us with refreshing water and sweet melon from their own field waiting for us at the fridge. I felt here very safe with my kids. We used airport transfer services and it was also excellent.

Just a suggestion, and this comment in no way deters from my previous review, is just that we felt that the bins in our apartment could have been emptied more often than every 3 to 4 days. In a hot climate like we had I think they should have been emptied more often.

The position of the apartments could not have been better, the view from our apartment was really special as we liked to sit on our balcony as we had a superb view of the sea, and at night you could see the lights of Malia and Hersonisos. The apartment was clean and the the people that looked after them were really nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to that area.

Outdated and in need of TLC and an upgrade in furniture. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was no landscaping of the land around the apartments. It lacked character. Just a little bit too far out from the facilities. Dog on chain outside 24/7, cruel.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at an accommodation that I can only describe as a complete nightmare. From the moment I arrived, I was met with unprofessional behavior and lackluster services that left me utterly disappointed and uncomfortable. Upon check-in, I was greeted by the owner, whose demeanor was far from welcoming. It was apparent that they had no interest in providing a positive guest experience. They were rude and dismissive, showing no enthusiasm in answering my questions or addressing my concerns. As a single female traveler, safety and privacy were my utmost priorities. However, the accommodation's owner seemed oblivious to these concerns. To my shock and horror, the owner lived on the premises, just downstairs from where I was staying. This setup alone made me feel uneasy, but what followed was even worse. One evening, I needed to ask for additional towels, a simple request one would assume. However, when I knocked on the owner's door, I was met with an appalling scene. The owner opened the door in a state of extreme intoxication, wearing nothing but underwear, and was clearly inebriated. This disturbing encounter left me feeling vulnerable and scared for my safety. I immediately retreated to my room and decided to leave the area altogether. Furthermore, the promised services were severely lacking. The amenities advertised were either non-existent or in a state of disrepair. It was evident that the owner had little regard for the comfort and well-being of their guests. Throughout my stay, I tried to communicate my concerns with the owner, hoping for some resolution. However, my attempts fell on deaf ears, as the owner showed no interest in addressing the issues at hand. Their blatant disregard for customer service and professionalism left me feeling utterly disheartened. One evening I was cooking dinner with a friend of my who only came to visit me.

There is nothing i don’t like about the property everything about it is perfect.

I stay at this property every year and could not think of anywhere better to stay! The rooms are perfect and have everything you need. The family look after you like you are their own and are always making sure you have the best stay! The views are just exceptional! I would never stay anywhere else in sissi

Shower curtain would help and maybe couple of mugs/larger cups for our morning coffees. Nautilus (pronounced naftilus fir locals if you’re using taxis etc) sign could be clearer or repainted as it’s set a little back from rd/walk way and we walked past it on arrival 1am in morning thinking it was private house. However the owner was available on phone, happy to wait up for us and show us around. It’s not more than 120 steps from end of wall of Anixi pool & bar - if you count your steps :)

Basic, spacious and essentials were there! Big double bed and 2 sofa. Provided towels (bonus) n clean sheets. Ideal location for sunset facing the sea, with minute walk to nearest pool - Anixi - who were happy for us using the pool as long as we abided by pool rules & of course we bought drinks food there. The apartment had fridge cutlery etc and small oven/stove we were able cook a little and eat on the balcony watching sunset. Air conditioning too - always a bonus. Loveliest family owners who can help provide local info - transfer taxi to and from airport.
