Amazing apartment, with all the necessary features. Wonderfully taken care. The best was the direct access to the beach, the quite and wonderful view. Beach access and private sunbeds were the top, because beaches are busy. Everything was well beyond my expectations and we had a wonderful time.

This place is a gem - the rooms are finished to an exceptional standard. The view is out of this world, looking out across the harbour. We lay on the bed watching the moon come up We woke up watching the sunrise Private bathing area on the beach with a little gate and steps to the sea. Lots of nice restaurants.

Parking is in very large public car park by the port a few minutes walk away. Apart from the cleaners we had no staff contact

There is no reception and no one to meet us on arrival. Luckily, the cleaning staff were there, they contacted the manager, who was supposed to come to meet us, but we did not see him. After an hour, the cleaning staff contacted the manager again and dealt with our room allocation themselves. No contact from the manager before or during our stay. Other guests had the same issue. Also, the building is not signposted. It is in between a mini market and bike hire down a small path. Photo attached for help with other guests needing to find the property. If these 2 small issues were resolved it would be the perfect place.

Fabulous location. The room was excellent and very clean with great facilities. Would definitely stay again. And would recommend.

Nothing that we didn’t like but it would be great to have a mosquito net at the doors as we did get bitten and could not leave the door open overnight. But once we bought a mosquito spray and machine things were better. Just had to close the doors earlier.

Absolutely perfect location with amazing views. Studio on ground floor was excellent with all that we needed for a perfect first stay in Paleokastritsa. Access to the beach was amazing and great for early morning swim. Lovely little garden area with sun beds but all very low key.

A small thing - the kitchen cupboards are set above the sink and hob so watch out or you’ll bump your head! Shower water gets on floor!

Good spacious modern comfy studio apartment in a perfect well maintained green garden setting. Beautiful View over a small working harbour with little boats and a lovely balcony with very comfy wide lounge seats. Excellent location beside idyllic beach. Comfy deck chairs with a view. Comfy bed. Good strong shower. Adequate kitchen facilities. Tea and coffee with Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster provided.

Great view of the port and right on the beach, you can access directly from the apartments. Lovely outdoor veranda. Very close walking distance to a couple other gorgeous beaches and restaurants nearby. Easy parking. They even came to clean every day. They met us right away with the keys.

Our apartment is waiting its turn for an upgrade. We knew when we booked so it was fine. Most of the others have already been done and look stunning but I hope that the price will stay the same once apartment 3 is also done 👍 Also it is unfortunate that one tree drops its fruit (or olives??) on the garden to access the beach - if the green gate were open we could have used that path instead. Also not sure why the other garden is not being used?

Our lovely private balcony with stunning views overlooking the cove and harbour - we also loved the peace and quiet and easy and immediate access on to the beach. The retractable awning was also appreciated.

The place was perfect for a relaxing vacation. We liked the location as it offered access to different beaches in a small radius and other sights as well as restaurants and cafes. Everything was perfect! Our expectations were satisfied!

The view is definitely a standout feature! It’s absolutely picturesque. Yanni & Mara were so helpful & professional. The accomodation was beautiful, everything we needed as a family was provided, having the beach right outside was also a massive hit with the kids!
