There is room for improvement in the bathroom, such as cleaner curtain and mold removed from the wall. Also take some precautions of the pigeons so that the balcony is cleaner.

The location was close to center and you could easily park outside the property. The bed was really comfortable and the staff very friendly.

The bathroom was not renovated. The shower was very small and the curtain (if you placed the bottom part inside the shower, so to not flood the whole bathroom) was in contact with your body. Not very satisfying... The third bed (sofa bed) was not comfortable at all, making squeaking noises at every move. Even my kid was complaining in the morning. The glass panels of the balcony doors were pretty damaged from the weather conditions making them not transparent. There were no extra blankets that someone could use if wanted. At night the temperature dropped at this time of the year to 3-4 degrees Celcius and the AC (only in one room) was struggling to heat the whole two areas apartment. The regural heating installation (panels) was not in operation. The breakfast was below average and the service area was very small. I paid a lot more that it was actually worthed. Very bad value for money. The most photos presented (and all wc related ones, are from the fully renovated room at the 5th floor (attic) but this is not representative.

The room was quite clean and the hotel located at a quiet area, 15 or 20 minutes from the city center. The main bedroom was renovated and it was in generally good condition. The personnel was kind and helpful. I'm sorry but these are the only good (or acceptable) things i could say.

Poor breakfast, second bed very uncomfortable and made noises when trying to move. Blankets not very clean. I expected something better for this rate, in my opinion it was not a very good relation value for money.

The shower curtain was too short so the water was spilled around.

The shower, as with most showers in Greece, is very small, and a shower curtain doesn't always keep the water from getting onto the bathroom floor. The room wasn't quite as modern and nice as in the pictures.

Reception staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It was basic accommodation, worth the money we paid. There were many shops close by - bakeries, cafes and a supermarket. It was close to the lake with a lovely 23 minute walk to the castle. Catching a taxi back from the town was only 4 euros.

There is a bedroom and living room. The living room is large with a couch and a large desk. The balcony is also spacious.

The only concern is parking. We’ve arrived quite late (after 9pm) and it’s been challenging to find a parking lot around, as the city is quite busy. Take this into consideration when travel by car

Breakfast variaty was rather low, and it did not look very clean.

The hotel is located close to the lake and with several restaurants nearby. It was ok for a transit night towards the sea.

After 5pm, no reception at the hotel. All through phone calls. Door locks are using codes you receive on the phone. We returned at mid-night, and were locked outside of our room, code did not work. Apparently, we locked ourselves from the outside :(, there was no one at the hotel, we tried to call several times till someone answered us. Eventually, they came physically quickly (20m) and opened (needed to physically arrive and open using a real key). It was a bad experience that should not have been happen. No music at breakfast.

Not expensive. Not crowded area, you can find public parking place. At least 1km to the center (15 minutes walking). Support on the phone tried to help and even sent someone to solve a critical issue (arrived in ~20 minutes).

It was a very spacious and comfortable apartment. I booked it on behalf of my two grandmothers so that they can attend my graduation and they did not have any complaints at all. They appreciated greatly how clean it was. Also, the bed was very big and comfortable. Finally, breakfast was sufficient. A pleasant experience, my family will probably choose it again on a future visit. It should be noted that the personnel was very accommodating and more than ready to help- great communication

The only thing to improve or have a look into by the team is the shower. It was difficult to get the hot water running. There were also some sudden fluctuations between hot and cold water from time to time.

We found this room at the last moment of our arrival and accessed the room within 15 minutes. The room was clean and nice furnished. The bed was very very comfortable. There was a self-check in for late hour arrivals which was great. Nice breakfast.

Walls here are paper thin so you hear people in rooms around you. Location was quite far away from center (it took us 25 mins by walk).

The property was obviously new. House is situated just next to the main street, but on the side street so it was very calm and no noise at all. We have nice room with a balcony. Very good value for money.

Breakfast lame, vegtables not fresh, no vegan milk. Yogurt not tasty. I thought it is closer to the city like written on Booking. Staff cant help with recomendations for travel/buses. No hot drink in tbe room, eve hot water.. No conditioner.

Very clean,staff is nice, close to bus station, and suprtmarket. 15 min. to the city walk.
