Among the numerous staff members and services that were top-notch, we would like to highlight some members of the team who have personally left us with the most beautiful memories: Tony at the pool bar, Angelica at the reception and Lucas and Leonora at the restaurant. Will visit again defienetly.

The entire operation was so smooth a true premium 5 star resort. Staff went above an beyond and so friendly. The food was fantastic quality and delicious. Loved everything about it.

The pool with the pool bar had a bit “foggy” water compared to the neighboring pool. Same goes for the “waterslide-pool”. This should be addressed. Nevertheless, you will find other pools with clear water to enjoy.

Super happy with the stay (family of five with teens) :) They should absolutely change the “main”-picture of the hotel from the water slides to one of the restaurants or bar’s (They deserve it) . The slides are a nice thing, but this resort is underselling by not focusing more on the other qualities). Fantastic beachfront, great pools with snack bars, and of course their choice of a la carte-restaurants and to much under-communicated. For instance the “Orama bar”. Fantastic (adults-only) bar with great atmosphere and view. Which we unfortunately “found” the last evening after a great dinner at the next door Italian Azzure-restaurant (Great Italian cuisine) :)

Amazing food, service, location, view! Everyday was awesome and with full of different animations and menues! The a la carte restaurants and had different menues everyday! You can find everything and more. The resort is clean and maintained very carefully! Much thanks to Ms. Ritsa Ahina, she made our stay unforgettable, much appreciated 👏

Not major and didn't impact my stay, but Outdoor Pools could have at least been heated. Maybe some outdoor heaters for the evening.

Hotel itself was amazing, staff were absolutely a gem, but special thanks to the following people who went above and beyond any day - Anastacia, Konstantina, Angeline, Ritsa. Other staff were great too, just didn't get all their names. Outside lounges and beds by the rocky beach were an absolute treat in the daytime.

Everything was perfect! Beach, different pools, bars, kitchen, activities, room service, restaurants, gym. Everything was really the thoughtful with the care of customer. Stuff was open and very friendly. Territory is super nice❤️ There was two adult and one kid and all of us really have fun! We us parent was relaxed, because there was no any need to run and managing specific stuff, it was all done for us. Thank you for good relaxed vacation❤️

I've raised a few minor issues with the staff and they were quickly addressed!

Beautiful design, very modern, recently built / renovated, spacious, lots of facilities. The waterpark is great. Beachfront and lots of pools.

There were just a couple of things that would have made this a perfect 10: - if they had heated the pools slightly to make it pleasant to swim in April (the weather was perfect but all the pools were freezing cold). - if the kitchen staff were slightly better trained to (understand standard coffee orders, and) make coffee, omelettes, baked desserts and other food staples that were not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel experience.

The property is vast and well designed, so even when fully booked it doesn’t feel crowded. The staff were all super friendly. Everything was clean and well kept. Lots of things to do for kids and adults alike. Beautiful view and private beach, lots of snack bars and drink bars. Nice Spa. Rooms are spacious and comfy.

We had a brilliant family stay at Nana Golden Beach and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. The resort had everything we needed in abundance—delicious food, great facilities, and plenty of activities for all ages. A special thank you to Voula, our guest relations contact, who was absolutely lovely. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. When our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, they went above and beyond by accommodating us for an extra night at a very reasonable price. It was such a relief in a stressful situation, and we’re so grateful for their flexibility and care. Guest services throughout were exceptional. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to making every guest feel special. We highly recommend Nana Golden Beach, especially for families. It’s a place where you’re genuinely looked after, and we’ll definitely be back!

The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating and the reception help us with any request immediately. Everything is super clean, from the room to the dining room and pool area. The food was great and freshly made and abundant.
