How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The room and common areas were spotless. The breakfast was spectacular and the staff were warm, welcoming, and really helpful. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the town square and a perfect view of the valley and hillsides.

The room was a bit small for three adults, but we stayed only three days and had not spent much time in the room, so only to sleep.
The location and the view of the hotel and from the room are breathtaking. Very friendly place that is managed by the owner. The breakfast is a pleasure to have it , there is all served as buffet style, and they make the coffee for you as ordered. Personel are very friendly and they also provides us with details on the spring waters site nearby. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was new and functional

To be honest the only thing I can say only because I don't eat breakfast early is would have been nice to go down for breakfast til 11.30am which isn't breakfast really but having an extra half hour added would be nice other then that I can't find any l fault very polite staff clean peaceful comfortable.
Me and my husband spent 3 days on a mini break, I have to say the hotel is absolutely amazing from the decor which you can tell has so much detail I couldn't fault them on anything the hotel is kept to a high standard, beds are very comfortable the staff are very helpful most importantly the hotel is kept very clean.,very close to the little village where all the restaurants are but I would say u do need a car to get around the bedroom view of the mountains was so peaceful and relaxing I'm looking forward to planning our next trip and will definitely be going back thank you for making our stay wonderful. 😊 a kamanas

The soundproofing is lousy, the breakfast poor, not for 12 €
Looks new, clean. The rooms are large with nice view. The bathroom is comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was very slow and did not always work. Additionally, compared to alternative accommodations in the area, the price did not include breakfast, and there were no options within walking distance of the hotel.
The rooms are very nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. They upgraded one of our rooms without us even asking and allowed us to keep one of the rooms until noon.

Greek hospitality at its best. Nice, quiet place, good comfort, center with restaurants is in walking distance. Very clean. Thank you for the great advices, what to visit during our short stay! Hope we can come back.

I love this hotel and it’s my only choice when visiting Loutra Pozar.The rooms are impeccable and the staff are so friendly and authentic. They have an extra attention to details which makes this place stand out from any other hotels. Make sure to plan your stay here and I’m sure you will not choose another hotel when visiting this area. I suggest outdoor bath in hot springs area after 24:00

We have been for a second time to Naiades Hotel and I can happily say they are one of the best hotels in the place of Loutra Pozar hot springs.The service is amazing 🤩 the staff is always friendly and the rooms are perfectly clean.For sure I can say that this place is quality!Thanks for the amazing stay. Suggested again!!

The toalett is very close to the wall so was not very comfortable to sit on it. For 4 stars hotel it is not ok to charge the simple water from the fridge and not accepting Amex.
The view of the room was amazing. The window was looking at the mountain. Big room and nice parking close to the entrance.
