Exceptional resort. Its location close to Mystras (a place with such a heavy history, birth place for the Renaissance) & its matching architecture beautifully complemented our experience. And those old olive trees in the estate... just magical. Absolutely recommended. We will be back next year. Thank you so much.

On both stays we found the Greek Americans, around the pool, to be very loud, inconsiderate.and totally lacking in the self-awareness that might help them to realise that the world does not not need or want to know intimate details about their personal lives. If only we had a volume control.for them or some medicine to cure their verbal diarrhea.

This was our second stay. The location is stunning. Mystras is a fantastic archaeological.site.and the two nearby villages have cute tavernas, but the food in the Hotel is incredible. Breakfast is an event in itself. Rooms are very comfortable.and the Molton Brown toiletries are.such a luxurious touch. We loved the pool.area too.

I cannot say that there was something I did not like, but I did not enjoy dinner as much as I had expected. We found the food a little too salty for our tastes, and there were dollops of feta cream sauce on quite a few of the dishes. On the other hand, we found a new favorite rosé wine that the server recommended. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service, of course, was exceptional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Everyone was lovely! The staff was ultra-professional and courteous. They were very attentive, and you could tell that their smile and warm demeanor were genuine. I also used the spa facilities - amazing! I got a facial and a massage, and the staff was so thoughtful that I did not have to move to another room for the second treatment. They wanted to ensure that I was as relaxed as possible and brought the facial to me after the massage.

There was Nothing I could say I didn’t like.

Everything was exceptional! The whole ambiance, the grounds, the architecture of the buildings, the gardens, the two pools, the food was magnificent- both breakfast and dinner prepared with the best quality local ingredients and incredible variety of dishes- a spectacularly clean place, with lots of stuff members who were ready to serve with utmost respect, friendliness and politeness made me feel very comfortable everywhere I was.

Very responsive staff, from the porter, to the front desk person, the waiters, the cart drivers and the cleaners. Excellent dinner options, both a la carte and buffet, the result of the imagination and skills of a first class cook. Plentiful and varied breakfast. Our dinners would have not been the same without the maitre, Christos, whose long years of experience at the 5 star level is a true an asset for the establishment. We highly recommend the hotel and cannot wait to return when the new suites are completed.

The AC was perhaps a tiny bit weaker than I would have liked but it still cooled the room satisfactorily.

Such helpful and professional staff who kindly changed our rooms to a quieter location with wonderful views over the gardens. Very comfortable and well equipped rooms with terraces to enjoy the views and gardens for our grandson to explore. Beautiful pools - very clean and with life guards on duty. Excellent service and food for dinner in the main restaurant and a very varied and delicious breakfast. A great place to stay again.

Extremely up to date with all amenities that could be offered. Total cleanliness that you could eat off the floor no matter where you stood, inside or out. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast buffet was just phenomenal - it was like you were at a 5 star Michelin restaurant. Security was outstanding, from entering to exiting the facility. I can’t saw enough about this resort - it was “PHENOMENAL” 👍 A must place to stay in Sparta/Mystra!!

Pool size and the room size for a family was on the small side. Beds were not that comfortable. Would have liked to see more Greek food on the menu.

The room service entered to our room without knocking the door first or at least to wait a few seconds before entering the room at 9.00 o clock.

Unfortunately we felt disappointed with the evening meal food quality.

Breakfast room very spacious and comfortable .Food choices very good.Loved the very well tended and pretty gardens and most attractive stone buildings that made up the hotel.Swimming pools lovely! Rooms very comfortable and modern.
