Despite telling them my arrival time, no one was there to let me in so I had to call. I wish the host provided contact details ahead of booking so I didn't have to search the app for their number and hope I got through. The room was pleasant for a short stay but the roof is not soundproof so I could hear everything the person staying above me did. They came in late and made a lot of noise. I could also hear other people staying come in and out at all hours, waking me up and talking loudly outside my room. The bathroom is very tiny and difficult to use the toilet without knocking the sink or walls.

Great location, walking distance to the ferry port and only a 30minute drive from the airport. Quiet little back street location with a Beautiful courtyard. Clean and well presented rooms. Perfect for 1 night

Building being historical menat that the rooftop of our room was made of woods: whenever the people above us would walk, it would siund like they would be flowing down in our bedroom even at night. Not very sound-proofed at all. The room itself was not very clean, lots of spiderwebs were clearly visible as if the room hadn't been cleaned properly in a while (behind the armchair and in the entrance aside from the toilet). The duvet for the bed had some bugs in it and was a bit dusty, too. It looked like they only changed the main bed cover and sweeped the floor a bit before our arrival as cleaning services. The bathroom did not feel/look healthy at all: the ceiling right above the toilet had spots of what looked like mold. The toilet seat itself was old and was very uncomfortable to sit on. If you sit down you are almost attached to the sink making it extremely difficult even to sit down properly and the plastic seating should be thrown away, it was moving like crazy and the back of it would always bump against our backs as we seated. The shower was ok, however some spiderwebs could be seen in corners there, too (shower is on the wall). Overall this place could really use major improvements and deep cleaning. The kitchenette is almost useless, the room is not big enough to be a proper studio apartment. It would be better to keep the fridge only and add some chairs inside or some sort of seating.

The location was really helpful as it's right in the heart of the old town and it is a very great spot to visit most of Rhodes' attractions. Room was airconditioned, however electricity would only work, including air conditioning, as long as the key is in the socket of the room (so when you are inside). This is great for power saving however not very nice when you'd like to come back from a hot day only to find the room to be hotter. There is a functioning small fridge which did its job. Room is located in a quite area, lots of cats for the pet enthusiasts. The shared entrance is quaint and nice. Building looks historical so this was appreciated.

Perfect location away from the noise of the busy old town main square but close enough to access it easily. A spacious room that was suitably cool in the heat of the summer, and a very comfortable bed.

The place is amazing, quite cosy. If your stay is just for sleep, its gonna be amazing, if your stay is about amenities, than probably possible get better option. In general its really fine

Location of the shelf in the bathroom, it was too close to the taps so difficult to not bang your head! External light not working on entrance to the property

Residential location with easy access to the rest of the old town & ports, easy access, basic but comfortable accommodation. Tea/Coffee and water left in room on arrival was a nice touch.

The toilet seat didn’t fit properly and the bathroom sink plug was broken so was unable to drain water, obviously an easy fix but disappointing. Also the light above the bathroom door didn’t work so it was quite dark in the shower. Shame as I would have definitely given 10/10

The shower curtain was not suitable for the shower tray. Water leaked out onto the floor and the shower kept blocking.

Check in says 2pm but our room wasn’t ready till 4pm, but when we left we had to be out by 11am so not sure how it would take 5 hours to change some bed sheets and clean the bathroom. Also the wood planks holding the bed up fell out and slammed to the ground waking us up at 6am very suddenly twice in our 2 day stay. The locals give you the dirtiest looks too makes you feel unwelcome

Nice location in the old town, great little place just for a bed for the night.
