Amazing view from the private balcony. The spa looked to be probably the most private spa on the island as we didn’t need to share with anyone else and the public walk way didn’t give a full view of it as most of the other spas we noticed.

Breakfast is very simple, but good enough to start the day for someone like us who don’t really take heavy breakfasts.

Loved the location - no steps to go to and from our suite and right by the start of the caldera. Amazing amount of space, parking available if you rent a car or buggy. Definitely AMAZING view!

The accommodation offers very good amenities and stunning views of the caldera and the Firostefani area, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. A great bonus is the hot tub, especially enjoyable in the evening during sunset. The only minor downside is the smaller balcony, which doesn’t fit sun loungers – if it were a bit larger, the experience would be even better. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning in a wooden box with small containers – simple, homemade-style food, but more than enough to start the day pleasantly. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful and clean place in an excellent location. The host was very kind and gave us a warm welcome, even after our long and tiring journey. Overall, a very pleasant stay that we definitely recommend.

It's my favourite place, I have ever stayed! Ideal location with stunning views of the caldera. Minimal stairs. Within a few minutes walk to resturants. The photos do not do this place justice. Our host sortiris, was amazing, able to arrange bookings and transfers as well as aid in early check-in. A beautiful breakfast was brought to our door every morning and there was a bottle wine waiting on check in.! Finally the spa is the perfect temperature !

There is a restaurant right in the middle of your view but you get an amazing view of Fira to the left and Skaros rock to the right. Breath taking.

Beautiful property inside and out. The units looks brand new and the pictures are very accurate. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, very nicely appointed room and patio with an exceptional view of the caldera. Just outside of Fira from the hustle and bustle of all the cruise ship passengers but a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Hot tub was warm but not hot. Our specific apartment view was good but partially blocked by a building in front. Other apartments in our building looked like they had better views not blocked by building.

We chose this accommodation in Santorini for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The location was superb, offering breathtaking views of the city both in the morning and at night. The facilities were also very clean and modern. The guide who assisted us was incredibly kind and helped us book transportation at a very reasonable price. If we visit Santorini again, we will definitely choose this accommodation.

Best stay we had in greece, wonderful staff including the host holding our bags before we checked in and after, as well as being our ride to the ferry upon checkout! We loved the jacuzzi, the view, the breakfast, and the friendly staff. You should definitely book this!! It was very comfortable with our 1 year old baby.

Supply of drinking water was very little. Guests after paying such a high room rent, still have to go and buy their own drinking water. Some appliances were not working.

Beautiful views, a lovely modern apartment, and a short walk from Fira. We hope to come back someday! We had a car, and there was easy parking next door. The host was very nice and explained a few facts about the island. After a day of swimming and walking, there was a nice jacuzzi with a beautiful view.

Couldn’t fault anything

The suite was lovely, clean and modern. With a comfy sofa inside and a seating area outside. It had a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave. It had a Bluetooth speakers which was handy for music. The villa was serviced daily with fresh towels which was great. Breakfast was served to your room, fresh every day and there was a good variety of fruit, yoghurt, pastries ect. There was a coffee machine, iron & Ironing board and a hairdryer in your villa too. Many thanks to Sotiris and his wife for welcoming us to the accommodation and providing so much information about the beautiful island and recommendations about where to visit and restaurants to eat at. He also provided taxi service for us too.

We loved our stay!

This 2-bed suite is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is very well designed, and the views (especially from the pool) are amazing. It's also a short walk from Fira - we appreciated the pedestrian path (not always guaranteed in the islands). Sotiris is an excellent host, and he made arrangements to store our luggage so that we could walk around freely on our last day. We didn't have a car, but there are parking spaces right next to the house. We don't know when we'll be back but, when we are, we'll stay at Caldera Houses again!

Great accommodation and service. Sotiris, the manager, was above and beyond during the check in process and helped us a lot at the last minute booking of the yacht trip. Great location. Exceeded our expectations! Very good quality of breakfast catering. The quality of the apartment is very high, it was super clean, all our requests were fulfilled immediately. Also everyday cleaning and fresh towels should be mentioned!

Nothing - perfect for us.

The view was fantastic. At first the heated hot tub / plunge pool felt too warm but actually it was amazing as made it possible to use after the sun went down and early morning. Just fabulous!! The breakfast was great - cute little crates of excellent quality products were hand delivered each morning. Everything was new, modern yet beautifully decorated. Total island vibe. The parking was an additional bonus!
