Bathroom in need of make over. Shower not comfortable to use and the shower curtain needs to go. Sticks to you as you shower. Small area, adequate but confined.

Location suited us as we had a car. Property had a nice pool area as we wanted and towels were supplied by vendor, thank you. Room was large enough and comfortable, with a nice kitchenette. Bed was low yet very comfortable. Patio area to hang washing and property not too far from town centre. Unit is kept very clean, kept as village style.

We had our own ‘villa’ very close to the pool, which has wonderful views down to Monamvasia. Would definitely recommend, & hope to stay here again.

It was a bit further from the beaches than I thought. But it was not an issue at all.

The views were absolutely amazing. It was perfect for our family of four. Kids enjoyed the pool, the house was clean and spacious. Loved the kitchenette. Great value for the money.

The kitchen is equipped, but the stove is too small if you want to cook for a family — one of the two burners was only suitable for a moka pot. Also, there was no dish towel, no cleaning supplies, no broom or similar basic items, which would have been helpful. The Wi-Fi was very slow and often not reliable, which could be improved.

I really enjoyed my stay in the bungalow. The area is surrounded by nature and far away from the noise and stress of everyday life. It’s the perfect place to relax, especially by the swimming pool. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely come back.

Great place to stay, bungalow was well equiped with everything you need for comfortable stay. The view on Monemvasia rock was spectacular and not to mention the pool. Really great value for the money. And the guy on reception (it is down in the city in vila Diamant) who took us to the bungalow was supernice and informative.

The furniture is too old, the cooking stove worked but was horribly rusty, the performance of the WiFi at times very very poor. Considering the price charged, these things should be improved.

Nice place to relax after days on hot beaches. The swimming pool was a nice distraction for our kids and reading outside in the evening was a wonderful experience. Overall, we had a good time.

I can’t say I dislike anything…maybe the property was slightly dated but it was clean and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable stay! I really cannot fault it!

The area was superb for a family of 4! The property had 2 rooms which meant the kids had their own room! The pool was amazing! Also, private parking was so convenient! The staff were very friendly and provide informations regarding the area and practical suggestions that made our trip very easy!

It is a bit of a walk to the front (about 10 minutes-downhill on the way there, but uphill on the way back! And it’s quite steep). However once on the front there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the entrance of Monemvasia, if you don’t fancy the walk- so it’s not that bad!

Really nice and spacious accommodation. Brilliant swimming pool. A quiet relaxing haven. A mini-market is just down the road.

Steep hill to walk back

Quaint little village type villas nested atop a hill on the upper part of Monemvasia new town, with large mountains at the back and stunning sea views at the front. We rented two villas (one for us adults and one for our 4 children). Everything was so pleasant, you feel like you travel back in time in the eighties, but all is clean, convenient and feels homey. You can park the car in front of the villa, and the swimming pool is amazing, both very big, kidney shaped and heated. The walk to the village is very pleasant and you can walk to the old Monemvasia (20min walk) in order to avoid crowds and traffic.
