Very relaxing place, owners very welcoming and helpful. Larger pool than most places with shaded places to sit and relax by the pool with separate toddler pool. Away from the packed tourist places but everything needed is close by - supermarkets, bakery, taverna's beaches so you experience the local culture. Very clean and comfortable rooms, good AC in every room, can't wait to go there again.

The area is a long way from the airports and the roads to get there are difficult, so need to go for a good few nights.

Nice apartment at walking distance from a beautiful beach. Equipped for 4 people, with 2separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette in the living area, aircon in each room and a beautiful terrace with seaview where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. Swimming pool is well maintained, kids loved a last swim after a full day on the beach. The place was much nicer in real life than in the pictures.😉

We had a lovely stay. I'll just suggest having a price list in the coffee bar by the swimming pool.

Clean apartment with AC in all rooms, quiet surroundings, walking distance from the beach, swimming pool always very clean with sunbeds, balls to play with in the pool provided as well as an umbrella to take to the beach, friendly and helpful owners. Nice terrace with view over the sea and castle.

The property was 10 minutes from everything that was of importance. Beach, multi restaurants, bakery and a supermarket. It was incredibly quiet and scenic. Given the cost, it was more than enough. The room was dated but of a reasonable size and well appointed. Even our 1st floor room had a great view. A great pool that was available to use from 9- sunset!!

Car parking was uncovered so car was sweltering. Fridge in our room sounded like it was going to take-off every 20mins. Pool catering was very limited

Perfect place and apartment is astonishing, nice room and bad. Swimmingpool was nice next to the bar, perfect for family with small kids. And view is very nice there day and night.

Very friendly owners of the place, always available at the reception or nearby. They answered our questions about possible sightseeing in the area. We were also able to borrow beach umbrellas for free during our stay. Regarding the facilities, the distances between buildings and apartments were sufficient, providing enough privacy so we didn’t have to worry about our kids disturbing other guests. The pool was also at a good distance from the apartments. Supermarkets are close to the hotel. The apartment had good air conditioning.

We had 2 days of pretty windy weather while staying there, but this is not fault of of Monachus at all :)

It was very remote , that's what we wanted , the scenery was beautiful and there was restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.

The local supermarket didn't sell any pain relief andvthe nearest pharmacy was 20mins away by car .

Location was fabulous. Very peaceful. Apartment had everything you needed. Hosts, Eleni and Nikos were very welcoming. Lovely big pool. Supermarket , bakery and coffee shop 8 minute walk away. A few nice restaurants, again walkable, and a castle at the end of the road!

Liked it all. Could have done with a plate washer/cloth to wash dishes and wipe surfaces in kitchen, but this is a very minor thing.

The hosts were amazing. Great views and locations. Always clean, very safe. And the pool was always clean and not crowded.

It was our second time there. Everything was amazing as always. Also great location close to all beaches in the area, tavernas & supermarkets. The hosts are great people, very welcoming and warm, and will assist you with you needs.

Very peaceful site, with a brilliant pool , lovely gardens, great views of the sea and mountains. Good apartment with a good sized balcony for eating outside. Very friendly, helpful hosts. Good tavernas, bakery and beaches within easy walking distance. Good car parking area.
