The location was quite far walk from Ixia Beach where all the restaurants are located but was across the road from Lalyoss beach so we could still get access to the beach. It was a pebble beach.

The Villa was very modern and had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Kitchen was amazing with all the pots and crockery we needed for 6 people. The pool was incredible and was cleaned everyday. The barbeque was also cleaned each time we used it. This villa had everything we needed for our family . Georgia who was at the office ended up taking us to the shops in her car when the taxi didn't turn up. We were so grateful for all her help.

The check in process was really easy and our accommodation was ready for us upon arrival. Nice welcome pack of food and drink. Taxi rank outside was ideal for those day trips away from the villa. Nice selection of bars and restaurants a short walk away and a wonderful supermarket up the road.

The location was a bit far from the main town. Although there were lots of nice restaurants nearby. A lot of these were on the main road.

The villa was amazing. Really beautifully designed with a fantastic pool and outdoors area. They had thought of it all! Georgia on the front desk was super attentive and helpful and overall made the holiday a great time!

There were plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, however, it would have been nice if there had been more beach bars close by.

Our stay at Momentum Villas exceeded all expectations. The amenities were top-notch, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Bedrooms need a mirror & hooks on back of the doors for towels. Only thing missing/not available in the kitchen was an ice cube tray.

We stayed a week in Momentum, even before you arrive you feel the professionalism and welcome from the staff, contact from Georgia who is the lead for guest relations was excellent. On arrival the villa was fantastic, perfect home from home with all that we needed to have a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. You can communicate with the staff by what’s app and there were very responsive and attentive to our needs. The villa itself self was fantastic, large spacious and comfortable, we were a family of 3 and it was amazing. The pool is larger than we expected and at 1.4m deep was really useful to relax and cool off. There is parking which was perfect for our rental and there is a taxi rank right outside, you can expect to spend 15 euros or so to get the Old Town Rhodes. The airport is just 15 min in the opposite direction. There is a supermarket within a short walk. Within the villa complex there are 9 rentals and they want to ensure they create a relaxing environment so you are not permitted to have music playing loudly in the garden and there are quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00. This makes for a relaxing experience. There is some road noise from the main road, but this a back drop to the sound of the waterfall in the pool and the cicadas. There is a maid service once a week but extra can be purchased. This is a perfect hybrid experince of having the onsite support of staff that can provide hotel style attentiveness if you want it, with all the luxury and privacy of a villa. A fantastic experince that I would highly recommend, we would definitely return if we went back to Rhodes.

The villa was great, modern & comfortable. The pool & outdoor area were fabulous too. There are shops, restaurants & supermarkets around the small complex & the beach was only a few minutes walk. It is a taxi ride away from Rhodes Town, approx €20. Georgia was very helpful & friendly.

The location of the villa was excellent. Just a short drive away from the old town and there was a supermarket within walking distance, just around the corner, with an ATM also. The villa itself was fantastic. It was well equipped, with everything we needed for the week, including all cooking facilities and utensils, a washing machine and clothes airer and extra pillows in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a huge bonus, especially with being heated and the children said this was the best part of the holiday.
