Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomBuffet was average compared to the food at the restaurants but good enough. A lot of steps to get to and from the beach. People reserving sun loungers at stupid times in the morning and then never being seen again, need lounger police to remove towels from unused beds.
Staff were amazing and very attentive. The bookable restaurants were very good, nice selection of dishes on offer. Brunch at the Den was very good, definitely worth going rather than the buffet. Nice infinity pools (if you can get around them), easier to get around them at about 4 in the afternoon.

United KingdomUsing the app was a bit challenging as we had 3 rooms booked but staff were very helpful. The only small thing I would change would be the lighting in the room, too many switches for different areas, not really necessary and you could still see the blue LED in the dark. Lots of steps - we managed but older people would maybe find challenging in hot weather.
Food was very good, close proximity to the beach. Hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas.

United KingdomSadly the main part of the hotel is a little rundown, main lobby area and buffet along with the gym and inside pool! We did spend to much time there as in the evening there are places to have drinks etc. buffet could use some work! Very small and not much choice, but still ok. But the restaurants are lovely! Gym is not great, not much equipment or space!
The upgraded rooms were perfect, lots of space and the most comfortable bed, huge bathroom and great wardrobe space. Our room was located right by one of the pools which was beautifully maintained and the beds are comfortable and views even more beautiful! Restaurants were lovely all having amazing views over the sea. Sunsets are incredible.

United Kingdomby far the worst beach facilities comparable to the other hotels. cheap loungers and the Zia snack bar was something that reminded me of school dinners 20 years ago. big disappointment when the Norada 500m away have cushioned loungers, a cocktail bar and Gyros hut. there was no lively bar /lounge to enjoy music and a cocktail.
the room and view from the room with private plunge pool beachfront was stunning. food was amazing on the Alacarte restaurant

United KingdomWhilst the facilities were superb, the main sea view pool was very difficult to get a seat on unless you were there very early. There were a few other pools available but we found these to have more children in. The breakfast in the main restaurant we thought could have been a little better. We found that the choice in that restaurant in particular was quite limited and there were some bizarre combinations on offer.
The whole hotel was super modern. The rooms were immaculate. We started off in a sea view room and then were upgraded to a Junior Suite with the shared swim up pool - both rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. The facilities were good and again, very clean and the staff were very attentive. There were fresh towels daily which didn’t require you to go somewhere to swap them like we have found with other hotels. There was a good range of places to eat - we tried both the Med (for both brunch and dinner) and Den restaurants which were fantastic - and if you did fancy popping out for a dinner, there was a cheap coach that took you to and from Kardemena. However, with many options for food on the resort itself, there was no real reason to leave! The room service and the mini bar facilities were excellent and if you rang up to ask for something, it was delivered in no time at all. The app was also a good addition to be able to find out more and book restaurants etc.

AustriaThe hotel is huge and located on a hill, on different levels. A huge number of stairs, can be difficult for families with children and for older people. Some parts of the hotel can be very noisy due to parties or concerts.
New modern buildings and rooms, great views of the sea.

Czech RepublicQueues, queues, queues, everywhere, pizza, kebabs, snacks, bar by the pool and by the sea, staff annoyed, as a manager I would not allow this. Restaurant staff, delivers drinks, often forgets you, doesn't take away plates during meals, doesn't bring new cutlery, chaotic, weak restaurant management, works on friendship superior subordinate and that's always bad. Sunbeds, occupied all day from 7.00 in the morning by one customer who puts a towel on a sunbed before breakfast and thus reserves it for the whole day..., no one handles it, no one looks after it, in the morning at 8.00 nobody at the pool and the surrounding area and all the sunbeds are occupied... In many modern hotels, this "mess" is solved by collecting towels, not here... Many stairs, not suitable for elderly people and parents with children + prams... The kitchen is at the level of a racing restaurant... They don't replenish food already an hour after opening, this is not acceptable in a 5* hotel... A minimum of Greek meals and a minimum of Greek desserts, which is a great pity when Greece is full of this... There are 3* hotels in Greece with a higher level of gastronomy... I had to ask for a replacement 3 times for the return of the beach towels, they take them away and don't bring them back... Cell phones, cell phones, cell phones, a chapter to itself... in my opinion, there is no such thing as a waiter on a cell phone in front of customers, it's very rude, same lifeguard, attention and contact with the current reality is slipping away... again an example of weak management ... Outdoor pool, (infinity) extremely dirty, try to look through diving goggles.. I would like to write a better review and some of the staff really try but a few completely screw it up...
Rooms and their equipment Wonderful environment, nature.

United KingdomThe swimming pools were too warm The lack of ability to mingle with other guests in the evening due to not having a central entertainment area. It was difficult to find the activities during the day. Because the pools were smaller and more separated they felt quite claustrophobic with the beds very close together.
The range of restaurants and how close it was to the beach. The style of the newer buildings are amazing. The bars and snack bars ok the beach were great. The food in the main restaurant was very good, with only the presentation letting it down. Beach towels swapped daily at the room was brilliant.

GermanyThe Public pool was always packed, getting a sun bed is impossible. Most of the staff was great but a few were absolutely impolite and making fun of us. You could reserve restaurants just one single time for the stay (officially). Other guests have told us they were able to go around this and go more often. There is no room service. The way drinks are organized is hard to understand. When having breakfast at the buffet restaurant, for example, and you wish a cold coffee instead of hot, you have to walk to the bar yourself and get it and go back. The same with alcoholic drinks. When having the brunch, you are not allowed to be served a cocktail, but if you stand up and go 5 meters to the bar and sit there, you can drink a cocktail. I do not understand the sense of this system. Food in the a la carte restaurants is also interesting. Per person you are only allowed to order one starter and one main. If and they expressed this harsh, if there is more hunger, you can potentially order something afterwards.
Greet room and very comfortable! We had a private pool which was great and most likely the only room category I would take coming here.
