Dining room manic, needs a bit of updating, more chic. Too many tables and people bumping into each other. Booking special restaurants great.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and good facilities. Staff so helpful and cheery, especially as end of season. Evening entertainment was superb, great acts!!

Gym was outdoor and sunny in the morning. They do not have inside gym. In booking it is written SPA in hotel features, but there is not any SPA.

Food variety is perfect. Staff is super smiley and kind. Our room was so good. Beach is so comfortable.

Very slow service, during breakfast, lunch or dinner you need to wait very long till you will be served drinks. In the end you can get a drink almost when you are finished . Problems with electricity - had 4 times during our one week stay. Pools - not enough sun beds. All people book them early and arrive later, maybe not at all. But nothing is done to organise it.

Very beautiful beach, enough sun beds and amazing sunset. We had a room with sea view - it was great! Reception personnel is very nice and helpful. The hotel is quiet old, but personnel is very nice.

Price is a bit high but you get value for it. We asked for a room watching the pool but got a side one which you can’t see the pool, but we got late checkout for it and they did it with a smile!

The Meat restaurant was disappointing, I really think Mitsis should do away with this, the food was inedible. The buffet restaurant gets incredibly busy and staff find this hard to keep up, though the food was fresh and tasty on the whole. Our room had a broken air con unit and not until the second time it broke (leaked all over bedding) were we offered a new room and no upgrade or extras for such inconvenience which was a shame as this meant our experience fell below par.

The staff were excellent and worked so hard, the hotel runs like clockwork and it’s highly impressive. This made our stay totally relaxing and we had a glorious holiday.

I think it would be good to advise that you need to have beach shoes to make the best use of the beach side area. The beach bar was very accommodating and the staff friendly.

the hotel staff and restaurant was amazing, food exceptional. My partner is a non swimmer so the pool not suitable for him which was a shame. The room was a little dated, but made up by the free mini bar.

The airconditioning in the room was not very good. It took ages to cool down and also switched off everytime we went to the balcony. The food was a little oily and even salads had rich sauces. We would have preferred some lighter options. As usual now, too many pool and beach loungers reserved with towels. They need to be removed.

3rd time at a Mitsis and as always the staff are excellent. They are extremely efficient and friendly. This was our 1st time at the Ramira but we stayed at the Mitsis Laguana twice before. The Ramira was not quite the same standard as the Laguna but we had the best time at the Ramira. First it's a great location right on the beach and had a nice breeze to take the edge off the heat. It's also close to Kos Town which made it convenient for days out and a change of scenery. I highly recommend renting a bike to cycle to Kos Town. It's only 4K, flat path and a cycle path all the way. It's all inclusive so there's no chance of being hungry. The dining room has a great selection of food. Highly recommend. In fact, we've booked again for next year.

It needs an inside, air conditioned gym & better restaurants as alternatives to the buffet. There are 2 but they are small & unless you’ve pre-booked before arriving will be tricky to get booked into.

The majority of the staff were absolutely lovely & worked relentlessly hard all day long.

While the food overall was good, the standard at the two Al a carte was definitely not that of a 5 star hotel, particularly the meat restaurant. The menu in the latter was limited and understanding of how to cook meat very basic. It would have been nice to have a wider choice in Al a carte restaurants and if these e restaurants were located separate to the buffet restaurant so you actually felt like you were having a different dining experience. The buffet restaurant was good but there was always a long wait to have drinks served, even water! Perhaps consider having water at each table as guests are seated and have staff dedicated to drinks orders. Several evening our drinks, including water arrived half way through our meal.

the service was not great. We suspected there were not enough staff employed to support the volume of bookings as the hotel was quite busy. there were frequent queues at the bar for drinks and no system so getting a drink was a bit chaotic at times. There were 2 waiters for a very full main bar and sunset lounge. we also booked 2 a la carte meals and the service (same waitress) was bad on both occasions. arrived as per booking to be told “they trying to close”, waiter 10 mins for a coffee at breakfast then had no milk, sugar or teaspoon. also told all the food would have to come out at the one time “as they were trying to close”. I wanted to come earlier but that was the time they gave me 🤷‍♀️. however the food and service at the main buffet was amazing.

Service could be better as this was appalling (no system for getting drinks). The additional Italian and Meat Restaurants offered dishes that were never available. Pools very cold. Entertainment was vert poor and loud into the night with music area underneath peoples rooms and many customers not very happy.

Free mini bar was a bonus. Beach bar was excellent and so was the snack bar. Food was to a good standard.

location is a little remote, for us it wasn't a problem as we had a car. however Kos town is only a 10min drive.

Wasn’t very luxurious for a 5* hotel. The entertainment was poor. Food wasn’t great. It was below expectation for a 5* hotel. I didn’t like the competitive atmosphere amongst other customers for sunbeds. The hotel had a policy of no sunbed reservations but no one was enforcing it. The room was clean but I had to ask for hand soap and the mini bar was empty upon arrival.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. No hidden fees, transparent & everything was included. Kids club was great.

People should not be able to leave towels out from stupid o'clock and not even come back to the bed for hours its just ridiculous. At meals there should be somewhere to be able to get juice and water yourselves without having to wait for a server

This hotel exceeded our expectations on a last minute booking. On arrival we where greeted by amazing staff who explained where everything was and were very accommodating. Checkin was very quick and easy. Our room was lovely, clean and all the storage a girl could want or need. Full wardrobes and drawers. Our balcony overlooked the pool and bar area which was nice. We had a welcome drink in our room which was a lovely touch. The food was very nice and various options for every palate. We opted in the day to chill on the beach which was a very short walk as the towel people where out from very early and the beach was very nice and chilled. Options of food and drinks on the beach with service from the wonderful gentleman who always remembered our drinks. Evening entertainment was lovely and authentic The staff here are absolutely amazing and these elevated my review to what it is as they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is amazing

The staff were just really rude. Maybe because they were really busy, but even the receptionist made no effort to be friendly.
