Everything was perfect for us. My wife is a light sleeper, but we had no issues as the room was very quiet and had comfortable beds. We had a high quality night sleep during our full stay. The room itself was equipped with everything that was needed: fridge, AC, balcony, hair dryer etc. All functional. Breakfeast was diverse and delicious. The hotel itself is positioned in a zone with many trees that offer a much needed shadow and coolnees against high temperatures. Besides that, the courtyard scenery is simply beautiful, designed with much taste, like a small piece of the garden of Eden. I can't emphasize enough how much I've enjoyed the view and the fresh air in the morning. Now, I've read a few negative reviews about the host from my fellow countrymen. I would like to dismiss them by stating the host was generous, kind, helpful, understanding and supportive. There are a handful of common sense rules that are very easy to follow and are not affecting the experience in any way, in my opinion. The host was respectful to us and made sure everything was ok during our stay. We will surely come back here at some point when visiting Thassos again. Thank you for everything!

The breakfast was nice, but a bit too English like: bacon, scrambled eggs and fried eggs. The same every day... I would have loved a bit of traditional greek food and more diversity.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Facing a small forest, it is a cool area during the hot summer days. The pool water was even cold! The staff is very kind and helpful, always with a smile on their faces.

Everything was great , the owner is very kind he show us all places in the island and they cleaned our room every day.Everything inside the hotel is like you see in the pictures and if you read the description what do you have, you will find anything written.Surely we will go again to visit.

The hotel is placed between trees and has a pool with a bar. Excellent room, very clean, with a nice balcony. Very quiet and chilly at night, because of the trees. The hotel manager was very helpful and friendly, even offered to fix us something to eat for the road, because we left very early. Sent us in our way with a kind word and a gift. Cleaning was done every 2 days with complete changing of the sheets. A beautiful beach is only 3 minutes away. Very nice experience, we will come back for sure.

The host was amazing, probably the best and nicest person you will find on the island. He would do anything to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was 10/10 it had everything for everyone from fruits to sweets to everything you want. The pool was nice and comfy the water was very clear. The overall location within the woods was the best thing, at night it would get colder and during the day the sun was almost no present because of the trees. The garden with the well is the perfect place to take your breakfast or just to drink something and chat. We loved this location definitely a 10/10 and we would recommend it everyday to everyone.

Very quite and peaceful place to stay with beautiful garden, lots of different flowers and pool, you have a feeling that you are in the middle of the forest but actually only 2min from beach. Although the hotel is from 80s (I think), it is well preserved and functions properly, extremely clean. Breakfast is great and tasty, there is everything you need. People who work in hotel are very pleasant and eager to help you with anything. Looking forward to another stay in future.

Not many things tbh as my stay was incredible. I would maybe add an AC to the gym but that’s minor and I understand not a lot of people use it.

This is one of those old school well preserved hotels. Loved the history of it. The design. How quiet it was and the location. I went alone to get a mental health reset and needed a calm and charming place and this place offered that. It was very quiet yet very close to everything. GREAT ESPRESSO FOR BREAKFAST!

The rooms / facilities are a bit outdated and need a refurbishment. While the hygiene was great (everything was very clean), there was nevertheless a mildewy scent everywhere (which is to be expected from dated facilities, given the moisture). There are also some weird rules regarding the breakfast area (e.g. regarding what kind of bags are allowed to be brought in there /i.e. none/, etc.; Germans love rules, I guess). There are just a few parking spots on the premises, but this is not that big of an issue since there is a big and free public parking closeby.

Excellent location - very close to the main street / beaches, but also quite secluded. The hotel is located in the midst of an amazing, shady, wooden paradise. Lots of greenery and very well maintained. There are not that many rooms in total, so the place is not too busy. There is a nice pool on the premises, again situated in the shadows of the wood surrounding the hotel, with a bar near the middle (you can easily order from the pool). A great respite from the beaches when it is too hot outside during the day! The owners speak German, and there were quite a few German tourists. Great value for money overall!
