Let me paint this picture. During the night no one from the staff is at the location, only the residents/tourists. You are given an emergency number to call to and a remote for opening and closing the doors, gates etc. We were unfortunate that in the first night that we stayed in (we stayed for 2 nights on our way back to Romania) there was a malfunction in the middle of the night, around 00:40 with the fire alarm system. We called the emergency number and it was typed wrong (they give you some business cards and the same wrong number was on all of them, handwritten). We all gathered in the dining area (no one could sleep because the fire alarm was making it impossible) and we tried to figure out how to reset it. We got to the point of resetting the alarm but it kept going off again after a few minutes and that kept going for like 1.5 hours. After countless tries of trying to reach someone from the accommodation we ended up calling the police which came to the location and couldn’t do anything. 😂😂Long story short the alarm was turned off at 7 am when the staff arrived. 😡 To their benefit we requested for a refund for that night and they obliged immediately. We said we were unfortunate because it’s a low possibility of happening again since I think they took the necessary precautions of avoiding this kind of scenario. But hey, It was worth mentioning 😁

The property is awesome, you get everything you see in the pictures. The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly. Since the location is remote if you plan to dine in the Town Center and drink alcohol, this place might not be the best spot for you unless you plan to drink & drive 😣Besides that everything is a 10. Try to request a room that has the Meteora rocks view since there ar also rooms on the other side.

There was a shower curtain instead of a glass door, which I usually don't prefer, but the hotel was so clean and welcoming that it really didn’t matter — I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

A small, new and modern hotel. Thoughtful design. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Very friendly and welcoming staff, you can safely contact them with any questions - they will help. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet and breakfast options from the menu to choose from, you do not need to pay anything extra. The hotel is located in a good place, in a quiet private sector with a good view of Meteora. Very suitable for tourists with a car, there is its own free parking and this is a huge plus for this tourist place. The Meteor complex is about 15-17 minutes by car and this path is mountainous. The center of the villages of Kalambaka and Kastraki, where all the evening life takes place, located at the foot of Meteora, is 4-5 minutes by car. We really liked it. We traveled by car, so there were no problems with transportation.

We spent 2 nights at Mirabilis. We really loved everything about it. The room, the location and the wonderful staff. Alex who welcomed us also gave us a great suggestion about a place where to go to have dinner.

Stunning location with really lovely and attentive staff. The room with a view of the Meteora was beautiful and had lots of nice little touches (including a mosquito hoover if we wanted to sit outside on the balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Alex was very kind, always there to guide us through our visit. Spacious, modern, comfortable and very clean room. Pleasant terrace. Excellent breakfast. Quiet location with beautiful view of Meteora. Two minutes by car from the center of Kalambaka. We recommend without hesitation!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were beautiful, the room was warm and cozy, and we had everything we needed. The location is a bit remote, but for us, that was part of the charm – peaceful and quiet. We also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the space, which made it feel extra welcoming. Breakfasts so-so. Fresh fruit would be nice. Bathroom and shower a bit "minimalist". This is new property, I think they'll get better over time.

The location (nearby the center with a 5 minute drive by car, away from the noise that accompanies any city center), breakfast (as described) and room (silent airco, nice and modern bathroom, good bed, very nice balcony) were perfect!! The only thing out of line was the shower curtain; in such a modern and nice bathroom, the shower curtain is a bit old fashioned and is not comfortabele (and not necessary, as the glass wand already ensures that water will not go into the remaining area). But as said, this is only a very very small thing, the accomodation is superb!! And personnel staff is very very kind!

Breakfast was excellent; fresh Coffee (beans) and a nice lady make you a great americano, cappuccino, or whatever you like (included, no extra costs). Thin tasty pancakes, tortillawraps filled with cheese and ham, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, marmelade, nutella, bread, cheese, ham, greek pastry, Juice, and on top of all you can order eggs - omelette, cooked, etcetera - from a menu (no extra costs). Great setting, comfortabele chairs, quiet setting. Great quality, lots of choice!!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, modern and in the countryside. The staff was fantastic. We got a lot of good information from.Alex and it was great to talk to him every evening. He made our stay extra special. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and served in their nice lounge. All and all our perfect stay in the Meteora area.
