Full sized kitchen and has quite a bit equipment but would appreciate a good cutting knife and a grilling pan in good condition.

The blinds in the living area were not in good working condition. It was extremely windy while we were there and if we had the windows open, the blinds would flap around and they would not retract. The sun was strong so without the blinds, sitting in that part of the room wasn't comfortable. If we pulled them down, I had to stand on a chair to roll them back up. The location was a bit challenging for walking as it was very hilly. It was a 20 minute walk back from the waterfront and uphill. There is no elevator so you then had to climb three flights of stairs. This apartment would not work for people with mobility issues or for older folks. It could also be challenging for young families.

Communication was very easy. Checkin was smooth, there was designated parking and we had help with our bags. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed for meal preparation.The view was beautiful.The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were very nice with a great tub. The one shower was a bit on the small side. The bedrooms were comfortable but extra pillows would have been good.

There was no major setback for us. We really recommend the place

We liked the location, short walking distance from the supermarket and cafes and restaurants in town. The apartment itself is beautifully designed and has a magnificent serene view of the town and sea. The host was very helpful and helped with all my questions, the simple and also the isoteric ones :). The place is quiet, with almost zero vehicle or street noise, which is something I'm sensitive about. Parking's comfortable.

A very nice apartment located on the heights of Sitia, with great views. It really felt at home: the care of Mary and her brother Kostas to make sure we have everything we needed. A cleaning happens every 2 days, which was the cherry on the cake.

Travellers without a car should take into account that the apartment is uphill in about 20 mins from the see shore. It's no problem for those who are in a good shape though.

The apartment is spacious, clean, well furnished and equipped. The owner is a very nice person, always in touch and ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay.
