How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bathroom is very very small, but on Greek islands this can be expected.
Very clean, perfect location, staff were amazing and buffet breakfast was great!

Very clean room with great amenities. Good location only a short walk to the port and bus terminal. The staff were also super lovely and very friendly offering some good recommendations of things to do!

On arrival we where greeted at the check in desk, given our room card and given information about the hotel. We got to our room which was on the first floor which was all ready for us, lovely clean room nice view of the ocean and yachts. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices to pick from. The staff were so helpful with everything and always had a smile for you and knowledge of the island is amazing right down to which way the wind was blowing on that day.

Easy to find, very hospitable staff, check in was excellent, room was clean and had very good a/c. Breakfast offered was very nice and good choices. Really loved to kind staff and Mrs. Sofia , went out of her way with helping us and answering questions.

Perfect central location. Facilities were excellent and sooooo clean!! Brand new aircon which worked so well. Breakfast was delicious with a huge selection including vegan. Excellent coffee with dairy free milk option. Shower was small but standard for Europe - loved that it didn’t have a curtain I had to manage and fantastic pressure and ample hot water.

The hotel is placed in the town of Milos and very close to the port. Quiet and clean. The rooms were very nice and the personell was very polite and professional. The price was very good for the period of traveling. (May). In the price is included and a very complete breakfast wich is prepared personally and it's quality is very high. It seems that these people (it's a family owned hotel and the family is working in the hotel!!), are taking under serious consideration the quality in their jobs. They respect the customer. Very friendly as well. Generally I suggest this hotel as an easy solution for your accommodation in beautiful Milos.

The bathroom was a bit small

Water goes everywhere when showering
Great location, close to the port and heaps of restaurants. Close to two local beaches as well all in walking distance. Breakfast was great, a huge selection to choose from. Short drives to other locations (other beaches and towns)

Thought it was a little overpriced for what is really a basic two star hotel. Bathroom was tiny!!
Well located, comfortable room, with smiling staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

The bathroom was small and shower design is not the best - but this did not cause us any issue, and water pressure was very good
Amazing location, 2 min from Adamas port. Rooms were beautifully renovated and very bright and clean. Perfect for our stay in Milos. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly !

The room was beautiful and big, very clean! Perfect location close to restaurants, ferry port and bus station. The breakfast has many options: fruits, yogurt, coffee, pastries, greek pastries, eggs, bacon, bread, fresh juice, and many more good food options. The staff very helpful and friendly! I definitely come back to this same hotel!

Everything was as expected or better
The hotel room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was very well located within short walking distance from the port and shops/reataurants. The breakfast was good with a mixture of hot and cold (continental) standard options as well as local breakfast foods. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to let us shower at the hotel after we had checked out and been kayaking for the day providing us with towels, shampoo etc. They also recommended several great restaurants and a brilliant quad bike hire service next door. This is a very good hotel which was great value for money.

Location was easily accessible from the Port and easy to find. bonus was that ATV hire was next door to accommodation at a very reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable.
