Property was nice and clean and no problems at all. The villa had everything you would need. Owner Kostas was very helpful and could be contacted if needed. Whilst I was there he also helped with transport back and forth from the Airport.

Not a dislike, but you will definitely need some transportation to see the sites. But it’s easy. Highly recommend “iMove” which is like Uber but better for Santorini. Download the app and go. It couldn’t be easier and the drivers are friendly and knowledgeable.

This property was located in a small town with a big personality - Megalochori. It is centrally located though away from the major tourist attractions… But a short car or taxi ride to all of them. A short walk-through blue and white houses within this village brings you to several restaurants that we frequent Ted nightly. Our favorite was Raki. We love this town and our so please that we thought to stay here away from the “beaten path.“

Clean villa, tastefully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen. The private pool overlooks the fields and the sea, offering breath-taking views, and parking is easily accessible. I recently stayed at Villa IRIS and couldn’t have been happier with my experience! This beautifully furnished holiday home is perfect for 2 or 3 guests, featuring an independent sleeping room and a spacious living area that feels both cozy and inviting. The bathroom is well-appointed, and the highlight has to be the fantastic veranda with a private pool—it's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The location is ideal, close to the center of the village and just a short drive from the island's best beaches. Our host was incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I had such a wonderful time that I can’t wait to return.

Villa Olivia, one of the two Milestone Villas in Megalochori, is a hidden gem that exceeded all our expectations! This intimate villa for two is beautifully designed, combining traditional charm with sleek, modern touches. The cozy bedroom and spacious living room create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is ideal: peaceful and serene, yet just a short stroll to the village center and nearby beaches. Plus, having free parking was a huge bonus for exploring the island. We absolutely loved the private swimming pool—it was our own little oasis! The veranda offers breathtaking views and is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Our host was wonderful—extremely polite and always available to help with recommendations or anything we needed. Villa Olivia truly felt like a dreamy retreat in Santorini. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

We didn't rent a car, so it was a bit difficult to get to the supermarket. But it was rather easy to get to other places.

Kostas was a wonderful host and provided us with a list of amazing restaurants with amazing food. The villa was really beautiful and really well decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool was cleaned every day, which was really good.

Villa Iris was fabulous. The decor was lovely, the villa was spacious and light and very clean. Essentials provided in the bathroom and kitchen. Lots of seating area spaces and great sun loungers. The private pool was fantastic, bigger than we thought. Megalochori was a lovely place, nice and quiet with a square with good tavernas and lovely shops. There was a mini market close by, a great bakery and a supermarket on the main road nearby. Our host Kostas was very welcoming and friendly. He gave us ideas on where to go and to eat. Would definitely recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Such a beautiful villa in Megalochori village. Villa IRIS is so bright, so clean and beautifully decorated that from the first moment you will feel the tranquillity of the space and the location in general. It provides all the equipment of a house down to the smallest detail. I enjoyed wonderful moments of calm and carefree time with my partner in the private pool and I was thrilled with the view especially at sunset time. To the pluses I will add the provision of private parking. The distance of the villa from the enchanting Megalochori is as much as needed. You can even walk there if you want. A quiet village that provides you with everything you need. Beautiful taverns, small tasteful shops and beautiful alleys to explore. Organized beaches are also very close to the villa. It was one of the few times I didn't want to leave this place and I look forward to visiting it again soon.

Nothing it was perfect

We loved the private pool and the sunset view every night. The pool was cleaned every day. The bus stop is only 5 minutes away and the stop is actually called Vedema, even though this is in Megalochori. This place is perfect if you want a relaxing holiday away from the crowd. The kitchen is nice and the rooms are very clean. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely book again next time.

My stay at OLIVIA Villa in Santorini located in the lovely village of Megalochori was delightful. The house offers simplicity and luxury in all its glory. The decoration is simply magical and creates a sense of calmness. A few steps from the living room and in the outside area of the villa is the swimming pool which offers absolute tranquillity combined with the amazing sea view. For me these were really moments of enjoyment. Whatever I say about the location of the villa will not be enough since it is located in perhaps the most beautiful village of Santorini. The village can even be accessed on foot, where you can wander the white alleys, browse the market and sit in one of the village's traditional taverns. Access to the sea is very easy as there are several beaches near the villa. For my next visit to Santorini, OLIVIA Villa will definitely be my choice!

We should have stayed longer. The place made us feel like home.

The best choice we made in a long time. First of all the location is perfect in the middle of the island and from where you can reach any point of the island with no issues (most of the trips vere 10-15 minutes max). The property is AMAZING, clean with a BIG PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and quiet location. The location has one main advantage - you get the ultra luxury treatment but without the busy city life like in Fira or Oia. We saw properties in the high end Fira and Oia in which the tourists were walking literally 1 meter away from your garden/swimming pool also parking and getting to the property was exhausting. At the Vila you have plenty of free parking, good restaurants and amazing bakery for the morning routine. The host was very helpful and gave us good insights on the island life and a to do list. The Villa is sparking clean and extremely well maintained. This is a place where we will come back for sure.
