Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe had a great stay, but this is far too expensive as they are not offering 5 stars standard, for several reasons: - it's a 10mn walk to reach the beach and restaurants, on a small narrow road with several sharp turns and no light at night, so quite dangerous. They have a shuttle as mentioned above though - There is a foul smell in the bathroom, clearly a problem with the pipes - there is also a bad smell outside, from nearby farms - located on the road so not much intimacy when you're on the terrace/pool - you have to spend money at the Peppermint beach. I'm sorry but at €600+ per night, this is simply petty. I'm not saying drinks should be free but simply that you shouldn't have to spend money if you don't want to - Disappointing breakfast. First of all they asked us to tell them after the first day what we wanted or not, but didn't care about our answers and kept bringing things we explicitly said we wouldn't eat, and not bringing what we said we liked. Then, the quality was just not good enough for a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. No freshly squeezed orange juice, the bread and pastries felt a a bit stale, no choice of eggs it was the same omelet every day. If it was cheaper that would be absolutely fine, but I'm afraid this is not worth €600+ per night.
Large room, clean, very nice staff very responsive by whatsapp. They arranged an ATV rental for us and they have a driver to get you to their Peppermint beach. Nice private pool

United StatesMilestones is a beautiful villa about 7 mins from the beach. Very quiet area and lovely accommodations. They brought a full breakfast each morning and were available to assist with anything we needed. The sister resort, Peppermint, has amazing food and beach service.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately the price and range of service offered. The hotel doesn’t currently have a bar or a kitchen, the breakfast comes from the sister property (peppermint bar) located at the beach and it starts at 09:00 am, no chance to have it earlier. The breakfast is reach however there’s no choice: it comes predefined and cappuccino for instance arrives in paper cup from the bar, almost cold. Also, the hotel doesn’t offer a shared pool and the reception isn’t always available. This is an honest critique, it’s nothing dramatic and can be fixed with some investments. The current price places the hotel in a range of premium brands that offer way more services, starting from breakfast to other amenities (SPA, excursions, pool, bars etc) Advice: just ask for a price that is in line with your offering and increase it when you are ready to reach that level.
Room and service was excellent, very clean, spacious and with quality design. The location is also strategical, near plaka beach and 10 minutes drive from Naxos town. This makes it convenient and peaceful

United StatesI can't think of a single thing. It was PERFECT.
The host of this property was AMAZING! Anything you wanted - POOF - you had it!! The spoon sweets upon arrival were excellent. The included breakfast was insane. It could feed a village. They had 4 adorable, friendly cats on the property. One would even sit in your lap. Free rides to the beach. Beautiful area for beach chairs and for food. I would highly recommend this place.

FranceWe recently spent a week at Milestones in Naxos, and it was by far the best experience I've had at a hotel. We stayed in a beautiful villa with two rooms and a private pool, which offered the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Fotis, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to take care of every little detail, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. One of the standout aspects of the hotel is the free shuttle service to their private beach club, which was available to us anytime we wanted. In addition , Fotis attentiveness made exploring the island a breeze, as he provided recommendations and made restaurant reservations for us. His personal touch truly made our first visit to Greece feel special and local. Another highlight was the breakfast service brought to the room every morning. It was a delightful mix of Naxian specialties and classic breakfast options, and it was the perfect way to start each day. The breakfast warmth and hospitality we received from Fotis and his family, the staff and Nikos! at the hotel and the beach club really elevated our stay. Their personal attention made us feel welcome and cared for, and their local recommendations gave us an authentic taste of Naxos. Overall, our experience at Milestones was nothing short of extraordinary. If you're looking for a place where luxury meets personal care, this is the hotel for you. Highly recommended!

IrelandThere was nothing we didn't like
The location is in a wonderful rural type of setting out of town, which was exactly as we wanted. It is only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Plaka beach which has many wonderful restaurants. We booked the Grande Sea View Suite which provided amazing amenities, lovely big bedroom (a super comfortable bed) and great living room - double doors out to your own veranda/patio with your own pool. Myrto looked after us exceptionally well, catering to our every need and more. The breakfast - a feast - is delivered to your room daily and was really enjoyed by us on our patio - albeit more food than we were able for. I would have no hesitation recommending Milestones and we will definitely be back.

The Staff of the Milestones is something exceptional. Natassa, Myrto and Anna were smiling all the time, their professionalism and kindness made our stay unforgettable. The Location is great, the jacuzzi relaxing, the food for breakfast super. I was provided with a special cake for my birthday. More than the services and the facilities, the beauty of the island, the yellow sun and the orange sunset, I and Simona would like to say thank you to the staff mentioned above, their smiles made every day like a day in paradise. With all our love from London. Claudio & Simona

FranceIt would be great if the hotel had some more facilities. Maybe a small spa and communal pool for those that prefer slightly more atmosphere?
The location of the hotel was great. 5 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Naxos and only 10 mins drive from the town. Also, the view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast, which was delivered to the room every morning was also delicious with plenty of choice and great quality produce.

United Statesnothing, loved everything!!
Nicest hotel I have ever stayed at!! SO quite and gorgeous sunsets! The staff is so accommodating and nice. Breakfast is delivered to your room every morning and it was the best breakfast of our entire honeymoon. The bed is so comfortable, the shower is huge. Love how the shower and toilet are different rooms. My favorite part was how quite is was there!! The owner of this hotel also owns a beach front hotel called Peppermint 3 mins away and if you stay at Milestones they come in a car to pick you and take you to the beach (free of charge). They also will take you back to Milestones after your beach day! This was the highlight of my husband and I’s honeymoon for sure.

United StatesThe water pressure in the afternoon was a little spotty, but other than that, there is nothing not to love.
The location is within just a few minutes of one of the best beaches in Naxos. The rooms are big, as is the breakfast (that they bring to your room), and the beach towels.
