3 out of 4 of use found the beds hard I slept like a baby every night. Not really a problem or a dislike, but a lot of hotels in santorini don't have fresh water in the shower so it is salt water its something you get used to over a week.

It was quite Even though the pool was small we had the pool to our selfies 90% of the time so it felt like a private pool A/c excellent Safe included Hotel host easy to talk to. Airport transfer by the host himself and for a really good price. Cleaner was amazing 👏 everyday came in fresh towels clean kitchen. Host also fixed a rental car for the day.

Fantastic location close to bus stop and beach.Great selection of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend Wishbone Char Grill. Owners are very friendly and food is very tasty and reasonably priced.

The beds were bit squeaky.

Location was really good. Very quiet. Cleanliness was spot on, the pool was nice addon. Staff were helpful and kind. We also could have left luggage before check-in which was lifesaver as we came 4 hours before check-in. Breakfast were okay-ish. Could have been better. I didnt like that they have written butter on menu but it was margarine, other than that it was good. Also kitchen stuff was pretty good. You have pan, pot and also plates etc.

There where dangerous stairs inside the apartment near the bathroom door, there wasn’t a bin big enough and some forniture was really old and ruined

Quiet location with sea views but close enough to local amenities. Couple of minutes walk to beaches, bars and restaurants. 20 min drive from Fira and Kamari, 40 mins from Oia. The pool is perfect for cooling down in the July heat. The owners were very accommodating with breakfast requests. A clean, well run hotel with helpful owners. Thank you.

I mentioned it in the hotel and hopefully they'll change the beds for the future. Our bed was very uncomfortable. Also the swimming pool was tiny but the beach was so close and beautiful.

Everything was just great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff was fantastic, ladies cleaned our room every day. It was very clean. Breakfast was ok. (Tea, coffee, juice, milk, omelette, boiled egg, Greek salad, ham, cheese, fruits, cake, jam, butter) to choose from and as much as you like. The Boss lady was very attentive and ready to assist at any time. The location was good. Quite loud on Saturday but that was understandable. 5 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from all amenities. I would recommend renting a car to explore the island but also public transport is only down the road and reliable.

Our kitchen cabinet was partially broken, which was a little shabby. I found the bathroom was not completely clean to my standard when we moved into our room.

We thought our studio was incredibly cute, room number 12 - like a tiny house. Besides, everything you need was within walking distance. (Beach, stores, supermarkets, places to eat)

The shower was a bit old and broken, but working. The breakfast was very low quality. Really better to offer a cup of coffee or tea and no breakfast of that level OR make some real breakfast

It is to be expected that the prices are high at this the peak time of the season. So perhaps a bit more value for money would have been preferred but I understand the going rate at high season.

I loved the location close to the beach but a nice distance to offer peace and quiet. I loved the familial style in which it was run. Ifigenia was an astounding hostess, so warm and generous with a big smile to greet me everyday. She did everything possible to make sure I had the perfect stay including making biscuits every day for breakfast. All of the staff were lovely including Harry. Such a lovely welcome. Such a cosy and peaceful place. Perfect localization - close to the beach, near the bus stop, close to the mountain trails - and still outside the main street - so peace and quiet guaranteed :) Good breakfast. Nice staff make friendly atmosphere. Thanks for everything :)

To be honest everything was very good and we had no issues.

Good location walking distance to beach, town and local bus service. Accommodation was very good with breakfast included. The latter was excellent way to start the day. Fixed daily menu but service and quality was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful everything from local trips and car hire. Santorini is a beautiful Island locals very friendly and helpful. Lots of attractions/places of interest being an island you can be active or just relax on the beaches. Would recommend Santorini as a place to visit.

Studio surrounded by mountains, located 500 metres from the beach, noise and crowd free. Helpful personnel greeted us with own production wine and helped to organize airport transfer.

Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed chatting with Harry and Iphigenia. Both individuals were very welcoming, warm and informative. Room was clean and spacious with air conditioning. Kitchenette has a hot plate and a double sided grill Good breakfast. The location is quiet as it is on the edge of Perissa, but the beach is only a 5 minute walk. The bus stop is also a 5 minute walk.

Very uncomfortable bed and the whole place was dirty . Cleaner was in and out in 60 seconds,sheets weren’t changed in the whole time we were there,bathroom and “kitchenette” area were awful and weren’t cleaned at all! All she did was flushed the toilet emptied 2 bins ,left clean towels and glanced over the floor with a mop ,unbelievable .

Room and bathroom were not cleaned as per standards Bedding linen was dirty can say stained I am upset about cleanliness Kitchen they said but there was no microwave not even oven and it was too small in same room was not comfortable at all The small iron rod on the floor of balcony door is really risky for anyone walking around can harm badly which should be fixed asap

As a lone traveller I received a warm welcome by the hosts and they made me feel at home during the whole time of my holiday. The strategic position of this BB makes It special, close to the beach, to the bus stop with buses that takes you to all the places of interest, to the souvenir shops and bars and restaurants. It Is also located away from the traffic and noises although It Is close to everything. The rich breakfast gives you a good push to start your day. See you again during my next trip to Santorini
